@DomGuam i ended up getting a LLC, a bank account, a phone number, and website. but since was opening a storefront i didnt have an address I couldnt get business credit. Then I moved states, so i have to do it all again.

Well said. As for Amex...YOU will be severally (not severely) and individually liable (meaning separately & on your own) for repaying that debt 💸
