I grew up watching football with my Dad who was a Manchester City fan. But George Best was the only poster boy on my wall!!! My best friend from school was a Machester United fan from Salford ,used to go to Old Trafford with her and her family every home match ! So much to my Dads disappointment a Man Utd fan!

World Cup is awesome! Sorry but beats baseball or golf. Or wiping the ice with a broom and other “sports” of the sort… 🤣🤣🙃 Rugby and American Football and Hockey are all great, I find. Too bad not many woman play it! Men have all the fun really! How cool is to just smack each other for fun and then call it a sport!!!

@@EasyEnglishVideos not the best idea being that Qatar violates human rights, gay rights, workers rights… it is like rewarding bad behavior but clearly Money talks always louder…
I didn’t know much about this at all and now just learned both Messi and Ronaldo will pay in Qatar. Quite disappointing. If there are so many issues this country should be boycotted but seems that too many bribes were paid and no one is willing to fully boycott it. I am sure the whole issue is way more complex than what I can understand… 😔
Hopefully, as the Euros end and build up for the World Cup begins, there will be more spotlights turned onto the injustices of the event and hopefully money will talk and certain players will back out due to sponsors not wanting to associate themselves with the event?? Ronaldo/Mbappe are a Nike athletes and Messi/Salah are Adidas.
