- Hey guys, here's a brand new almost 2 hour long meme filled retrospective review/video essay of not just the best Resident Evil game but one of my favorite survival horror games of all time, Resident Evil 7. We go to Dulvey Louisiana as Ethan Winters in search of his wife Mia Winters. As always I sprinkled in a hefty amount of memes and edits. Hope you enjoy, and please don't forget to like comment, or subscribe ;)

Great retrospective, earned my subscription. I hate that RUclips hides these videos when i blatantly search for them
I’LL DIE ON THIS HILL! RE7 is one of the greatest games and one of my favorite ambiance’s in gaming to revisit! Honestly I like Re7 so much I might tie it with RE4 for the best.
Now to tone down the comment a bit. This game + DLC painted a beautiful full picture of horror.
We all have families, so seeing the state of the Backer house and the abusive parents is one hell of a great “gaming challenge”.
And moving on to gameplay the molded are actually one of the most underrated enemies ever.
The design and sounds of the regular molded are a clear callback to the Regenerators. And gameplay-wise they are great enemies too. Take a second and engage against their attack animations. You’ll quickly figure out a “mini-game” of crouching, moving out of range or as a last resort to block to lower the damage. And unlocks the stupid zombies from Re original trilogy/remake, these molded will do a very quick attack when you try to run away from them, even if the enemy was looking the other way, they will do a 180 and hit you. The problem with the zombies is that they whiff a lot essentially making them a lot less threatening.
And when it comes to returning to “survival horror”, besides the inventory management, another great improvement was making your “chem” items be useful for both healing and ammunition crafting. Making you decide around a tank playstyle, dps or a mix of both. Plus the fact these chems take inventory space make will make you rush a decision essentially giving you tension even when you’re not fighting the monster.
End of the essay, RE7 is an unappreciated masterpiece with the Nostalga-you-know-what’s saying “it’s a good Souls but not a good Dark Souls” type of comments.
End of essay. Shout out to the crawling molded for killing players quickly against players of all kinds of skill levels.
PREACH BROTHA!!! I love the enthusiasm!
Intro is awesome and now I’m subscribed
If I had a nickel for everytime a RUclipsr disappeared and made a video essay/review on re7 I would have 2 because it's oddly happened twice
Lmaooo who was the other?

What a classical game to play
So yes the trailer is a safe space for Zoe but you said no bad guys go inside the trailer but wouldn’t Lucas have gone inside the trailer to put the moldy cops head in the fridge? So how safe is it really?
What’s the background song at 4:58
Apologies for the late reply, but that would be Lofi Gratitude by Anthony Catacoli. You've got good ears my friend.
Can I give you this d series arm?
I’m sorry I couldn’t help myself

Yeah, this is not good. Sorry, but it's all flash and bang and trying too hard to be funny, instead of just presenting a retrospective.
Nothing personal, but no...
