By the way, if anyone didn't know, this music is a cover of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's "1812" . PT-Peter Tchaikovsky. And in 1X12, the number 8 is hidden under the "X". The composer himself admitted it.

In complete honesty, I completely changed my playstyle upon hearing this. I realized this isn't some game I should play like Deus Ex. This is what Wolfenstein fans imagine Nier Automata like, AND ME LIKEY.

I agree I have beat the game twice one on medium difficulty and other on hard with everything explored and all upgrades achieved. I loved every second of the game.

Yes, he will be in Vol2. I wonder how much Mick influenced/assisted in writing these tracks tho, because I certainly see similarities in the way they are written, especially in this extended version, although there is always the chance they both came up with similar ideas.

@@63Limar Geofrey Day is known for making songs "in the style of doom" on youtube for quite some time, and is more than competent in his own right. would be interesting to see if mick gave him some extra pointers tho.

NGL when the riff hit at the 1 min mark and the boss battle began, I instantly grew 4 pairs of balls and felt ready to tear a truck in half with bare hands WHILE wrestling a bear.

This is how heavy low tune should sound! Not this fluffy basses like Spiritbox and etc.

After 10 or so hours of a pretty chill soundtrack, hearing this blasting so hard just sealed the deal for me
fucking in love with this game rn, and I am not the kind to enjoy newer games, but I do love a singleplayer masterpiece, combat feels great, this boss was so fun, weapons and mechanics are the way I like em, Prey was the last game I played where I felt that it was testing me and the way I use the powers it gives me, for sure Im gonna 100% this shit
Hardest boss in the game in my opinion, song really does it justice.
Belyash was the hardest for me, Hedgie was pretty easy, especially in comparison. But it's got the best boss track for sure.

@@Schlangeguzik капец, как я мог этот коллаб пропустить... Но всё же думаю у Дэвида Леви нашлось бы время. У него пусть и куча работы всегда, но всё же. Да и вряд ли саунд писался за месяц до релиза. Плюс Дэвид уже работал с очень жёсткими дэдлайнами, например когда писал саунд к думу, так что не впервой) Всё же хотелось бы услышать его, мне его музыка очень зашла.

Хотя у меня не 1 год опыта в играх
Босс реально был хардкорным, а этот адский музон отлично это подчёркивает!
Это конечно не Dark Souls, но все равно по потеть пришлось
К тому же с первого раза сложно было понять его тактику, ибо игра сама по себе по началу не особо понятна в плане лора и атмосферы
Какой-то здоровенный робошар который мы видели в начале начинает кататься по всему полю и разносить все в округе!
Хотя разрабы немного проглядели момент, что по тому большому полю было сразу понятно, что сейчас будет какой-то боссфайт.
Хотя быть может это и не недостаток вовсе, может было так задуманно. Но как по мне это сильно предсказуемо и очевидно. Пропадает эффект неожиданности
Со второго раза прошёл на максимальной сложности. Для меня он был прост, но главное - я получил хорошие эмоции во время боя с ним, было именно что весело сражаться с ним, что нельзя сказать например о плюще, или как там.. Очень бесячая фигня была

Я конечно не понимаю, как это могли спутать с Мик Гордоном. Да, звучит похоже, но не прям в стиле Мика Гордона. Возможно дело в том, что я давно слежу за каналом GeoffPlaysGuitar и поэтому вижу сильную разницу его стиля, со стилем Мик Гордона.
Ну был же хайп что Мик писал музыку для Atomic Heart. Вот у меня и не было сомнений насчёт его причастности к созданию этого трека, как и у многих других, пока не релизнули композитора
Na, I’m pretty sure it’s just a remix Day did, since that’s what he usually does with Mick’s music, so yeah mick did make it, Geoff just remixed it

I’m 38 been playing games since I could fucking move a finger and I’ve never wanted a boss rush mode in a game before this one. The music, the craziness of the fights melds together perfectly. I LOVED this boss fight.

I can't help but think Mick helped with the instruments of this track, at least for the bass guitar, even if Geoffrey composed and made the rest of the track. The bass guitar has Mick's signature sound. Maybe i'm completely wrong and Mick just gave him the recipe.

I doubt it, Geoff has been making Doom inspired songs for a while so I think he just took Mick's recipe, it just works
If you listen to any of Geoffrey Day's work, you'll see he is just that good at making heavy tracks akin to Mick Gordon's work, though there are definitely some stylistic differences.
