Here’s something that I think about the whole factory thing: So in Danno’s videos, like you said, Lucky is all over stuff: he has an energy drink, a plushie factory, chocolate bar, he’s even on the dollar bill of Toonville *AND owns the goddamn bank* I think he has more than 4 separate factories where they print, make and ship different products, like the Plushie Factory in one of Danno’s videos. Like you said, Lucky is a power hungry businessman, so that’s why he’s setting up all these factories all over Toonville. In the series, we might see Riggy once worked at one of these factories, but eventually got fired.
one thing I'm highly certain of is that we're gonna see just why Riggy has such a long criminal record whether that's Lucky framing him of most of those crimes, or Riggy doing them himself as part of his plan to expose Lucky. could even be some of both

I just want to say that the simple explanation is that Riggy burned down the factory on accident and wants to go to the past in order to stop that massive mistake from happening.

You however know your audience and know what we subbed for. Did you know at the moment, we are in season 3 of toon turf canonically? yes this video is old and i’m newer to the channel so idk if you covered this but i think that it wasn’t riggy who killed billy so this is what i think happened : riggy saw the thing he wasn’t supposed to see, lucky saw his face and probably saw him looking in the corner of his eye, then riggy was just trying to get through the work day, obviously it wasn’t the end of the shift. Lucky knew this and took it to his advantage, he took some teddy bear fluff, (because this is a plushy factory) took a lighter and lit it on fire, riggy saw the flame and ran out of the burning factory as fast as he can, billy didn’t notice the flame until it was to late, riggy probably didn’t see him or that’s why he feels so guilty about it. i’m not a theorist and i’m not 100% sure that billy worked with riggy but if he did… they were probably working together and were friends
Something you missed: it’s likely that lucky already blamed riggy as we have seen several references to him being in jail. He probably didn’t see anything wrong, but he quit and lucky sued him for a false reasoning and he got locked up, that why riggy wants him dead

Did you know at the moment, we are in season 3 of toon turf canonically? (Season 1 2019, season 2 2020-2021, season 3 2022-2024, season 4 2025, didn't make this up, official timeline from danno himself) season 1 the factory and him becoming a criminal, season 2 probably going to jail and losing his kidney, season 3 meeting danno, shorts wars happening, war against penguins, his friends betraying him, and nothing for season 4 yet cause it takes place in 2025, and you can SEE season 3 is happening right now, you can see in some shorts.
I'm pretty sure most of riggy's criminal record was fabricated due to the bribery of lucky.

More lore : what if riggy was a minon for lucky. Maybe lucky was trying to make a clone of his self but something went wrong riggy came in..
But lucky saw him be very famous so he tried to make clones by killing rabbits and monkeys but when riggy saw it boom he was caught red handed so riggy is now trying to cancel lucky. Maybe he's asking for rasies to get money for proof and hire spys
yes this video is old and i’m newer to the channel so idk if you covered this but i think that it wasn’t riggy who killed billy so this is what i think happened :
riggy saw the thing he wasn’t supposed to see, lucky saw his face and probably saw him looking in the corner of his eye, then riggy was just trying to get through the work day, obviously it wasn’t the end of the shift. Lucky knew this and took it to his advantage, he took some teddy bear fluff, (because this is a plushy factory) took a lighter and lit it on fire, riggy saw the flame and ran out of the burning factory as fast as he can, billy didn’t notice the flame until it was to late, riggy probably didn’t see him or that’s why he feels so guilty about it.
i’m not a theorist and i’m not 100% sure that billy worked with riggy but if he did… they were probably working together and were friends
Something you missed: it’s likely that lucky already blamed riggy as we have seen several references to him being in jail. He probably didn’t see anything wrong, but he quit and lucky sued him for a false reasoning and he got locked up, that why riggy wants him dead
