I'm a Saints fan and as frustrating as it was for... 3:40 to happen... DAMN! That was one hell of a game! I can't wait for that rematch! The NFL had a great handful of epic games played last year! Both my Saints and the 49ers are both still heavily stacked and equipped with Super Bowl contender talent, so hopefully, we'll see y'all for the NEXT playoff run!
This game was also on the one year anniversary of that crazy saints and Steelers game at the superdome, and top seed was on the line too, except last year the saints won to clinch top seed

God this particular year of football was one I will truly never forget. We should have won the whole thing but my god what an amazing season of football from these guys.

I have watched this video soooooooooo many times!! That run by Kittle was crazy! One of the best plays I have seen in my entire life. Most definitely top 10. I bet all old school players/coaches/fans love this play(unless you are a Saints fan).

Freaking astounding run after the catch ! That play will be in highlight films for years to come ! Even when he kept running while being face masked, it looked like Kittle was trying to hit the New Orleans defender upside the head ! Lol.

I think everyone outside Seattle and New Orleans wants the Niners to win the West so we get a regular season rematch in 2020. And obviously we’re all hoping there’s a rematch in January.
Honestly, I've been a Niner fan since 1971. A lot of lean years there, but a lot of great ones as well. Despite that, when the Saints scored with a minute to go, I thought it was over. I'm glad I was wrong. What a steal the Niners got when they drafted Kittle! He's old school tough and he's what they needed to fill out a great roster.
The feeling of this game absolutely reminded me of the NFC Championship game not too long ago between these two teams. Again a great game.
They never played in the NFC championship it was either divisional or wild card.

Peter O Like all of the block in the back non calls on the Saints but 49ers run behind someone 30 yards away from the play and it’s a block in the back. Refs saved the Ravens ass as well. 2 roughing the passer calls on Lamar when he was barely touched after he released the ball and no contact was near the head. Refs hate the Niners.

The year the saints won the SB they did not use Brees except for one half or less plus using their second string..Saints were ready for playoffs and not burned out and went on to win the SB.
