You'll ace this. Super easy. If you have any of the clips left in the holes, don't waste time trying to dig them out. I just scratched up my door. Just push them through. Good luck. I can't even tell it's a replacement.
Nice job! Our 2017 promaster was also missing a trim piece when we bought it. The dealer also did not come through for us.The tiny piece between the slider and the door cost us nearly 100 dollars, so I think you got a pretty good deal. Nice to see you doing the work yourself. 😀
Glad I can help. Pretty easy install, hope you can easily get it all off. If the pegs are still in the holes I recommend just pushing them inside the door. I spent so much time trying to pull them out.

A note on on car dealerships, they will promise you everything will be sorted,,but 99 percent of the time, they will screw you, i know this for a fact, I've a family member who's a car sales man he even screws his OWN family /relatives,

Use a trim removal tool , to get the clips off , just takes seconds
