Another cool video your attention to detail really shows Can you tell us what brand vitamins you use keep up the good work I can see you are a perfectionist in what you do and it shows
- a smart watch and style/style channel aren't exactly coherent in my humble opinion.
- you wash your face and moisturise and then exercise only to have it dirty again? that's counterproductive, man! it's better to just head on to exercise first and then once you are taking a shower, you do your skincare as well.
- rest of your day seems great. you are a hardworker and i wish you continued success!
After washing face, face wash really takes out the moisture of the skin that's why i think he uses just a little bit of moisturizer to be as it was....
@@yashitkumar16 my point is not that man. What I am saying is... Imagine taking a proper shower, washing your body properly, then go on to exercise to sweat and get dirty. That's what he is doing, but for the face.
He uses a cleaning agent, BEFORE exercising and just rinses his face without a cleansing agent after exercising when it's gonna be sweaty and dirty.
yeah it doesn’t make much sense he could just save washing his face until he showers

What I envy you about is having a clear skin. My skin is absolutely a disaster because of acne and I’m on accutane right now and I have like a month and half left. I dont get many pimples nowadays but the scars are just a mess. Thank you for the vid though.
