Only take supplements if you have a deficiency. You can tell if you have a deficiency by going to your doctor. Otherwise, supplements are unregulated, unnecessary, a waste of money.
Multivitamins is good. Others not so much.
If you're on a diet or know you have a deficiency use some multivitamins... Remember that it's always a SUPPLEMENT and will not replace food.
