Always loved this home for many years. Will say, prior owners did a better job on the landscape maintenance, it was almost a Royal Botanic Garden, but after the decade of drought, garden is not a lush as it once was. Excel. contract and thanks for showing.

That kitchen and the main sweet bedroom and bathrooms area is love 😍 love; for real all the bedrooms are really nice, truth be told it's really gorgeousness throughout the inside of the house and the outside balcony, backyard, playhouse etc. is love.
