I was an early backer for the Fuell Fllow but they have put the project on hold indefinitely due to COVID-19, and are putting all their focus into their electric bicycle which is a huge success. I'll definitely get the Fllow once they are able to put it into production.
As you probably know, Fuell is back and taking reservations for the Fllow. They have a promo for the first 3K reservations of $2K off the list price of $11,995 when you put down a $200 deposit. Put down my deposit yesterday.
I just love looking at the F77 bike from India. I would love to be at the beach or a restaurant and open the battery compartment showing off the futuristic design.
I like the looks and est price tag of the F77. But have a few questions maybe someone could answer. How hard would it be to import one to Canada? Do I need to get plates and insurance? Since it also doesn't launch until Sept 2022, would it be a huge risk to pre-order?
Hello, thanks for your feedback. It's hard to answer all those questions based on publicly available information. Maybe contacting the manufacturer directly would be the best place to start.
No delivery dates as of yet. I was an early backer but they never proved their range claims. I do hope they will succeed and stick around to make lots of them.
Yay! I like these well rounded bikes that can do it all. Very interesting and I know some aren't on market yet but can't wait to see more. Also I like that some are coming with storage too!
Nice video. I'm leaning toward a Zero motorcycle FXS or the Evoke Urban motorcycle. But first I have to get a motorcycle license. Nice options though since gasoline is increasing.
I these bikes are manufactured in India or south asia, production and pricing costs will be 1/8 - 1/15 th of the current prices. Aso the profits and marketability will be multifold
? I own sewing machinery and am looking forward to make bags to get strapped into that hole. I think its a good compromise. Low center of gravity, more rigid and easier to pack than a step through frame.
Thanks Datacube Critique: Could you kindly tell the weight of removable batteries in your future videos? Would I buy? Yes. X≤5K€, EU street legal, 30mls range at 105km/h, rechargeable within 4h, conveniently(!) removable batteries, panier rack available, preferably supermoto ergonomics, should feel Ok while crawling through town at 30km/h too. Purpose? Intersuburban commuter / daily driver (on free juice from work), to be paired with a gas guzzler for tourism. I don't consider current e-bikes "great" but I don't want to waste any money on commuting.
Hello, thanks for your feedback. Ebikes are usually criticized for being too futuristic, so this old form factor should attract some regular bike riders
I love my victory empulse tt. Shame Polaris does improve on them as well. I like the modular system on some of the bikes you can always improve on them at your own pace
I'm not into the electric motorcycles or cars yet. I have a question, what do you do with these environmentally safe batteries when they're done? If I had to choose, it would probably be one of the zeros. Only reason is that they've been around a long time and I feel they'll be easier to get parts from.
Hello, thanks for your feedback. We are yet to see how the batteries are treated but recycling is the only way to go. Not sure about motorcycle batteries but there are some car manufacturers that are re-purposing older batteries and using them in energy storage systems.
At some more time we are goona have stations similar to petrol ones where we can simply swap our discharged battery for a fully charged one. I think those batteries are going to be reconditioned again to keep using them in order to reduce waste.
No delivery dates as of yet. I was an early backer but they never proved their range claims. I do hope they will succeed and stick around to make lots of them.
Fuell has filed for bankruptcy. If you bought a bike from them and never received one, please contact Morgan and Morgan law firm where a class action lawsuit is being explored.
In theory the engine and batteries are modular so there is hope they release something in the future that increases the top end. Personally I would buy it anyway for $11K since it's cheap and 553 ft-lbs of torque is unheard of at that price and probably a lot of fun. The Triumph Rocket 3 has similar acceleration 0-60 at about 2.7 seconds.
I like the zero motorcycles but even just the S is barely under $11,000 before taxes and that's alot of money considering a brand new Kawisaki Ninja 650 is just shy of $7000 and that's an all around better motorcycle then even the SRS or DSR witch are the top of the line bikes from Zero costing around $15,000 - $18,000
How do you differentiate between motorcycles and mopeds in American English? In Swedish mopeds aren’t really a subset of motorcycles so it’s always a little cringey when Americans call mopeds “motorcycles”. 😅

@@Datacube Yes indeed. Metal is recyclable and as it breaks down eventually into naturally occurring compounds is less toxic to wildlife, it just rusts or corrodes naturally. Pieces of plastic take 500 years to break down and the residual microplastics that are not naturally occurring are becoming a problem for the world's oceans and for us too. Metal can be panel beaten or welded for repair, unlike plastics and metal feels soooo much more quality! Plastic is for kitchen goods, metal is for riding! Ride safe buddy.
