Mine was in the pool filled with water while music was playing until out of nowhere the music stopped. The speaker was completely silent each time i would turn it on or off and even connect to it, no noise would come from the speaker. 2 hours later after drying the speaker, I turned it on where it started making very loud popping and squeezing noises which scared the crap out of me. Now I have no idea what to do..... Anyone have solutions on what might've happened ??

My jbl boombox stopped charging, not sure why. The first indicator turns red when I plug in to the power supply. Boombox turns on for a couple of seconds and goes off again. Interested in seeing the next video. This one was great.
Mine has been through a ton of water tests and abuse and it's fine but I cant get the covers off on the ends that you have to turn counterclockwise... help
I don’t get it how easy the side covers come off but i tried it all day and still can’t remove them I looked at all the videos on here and they work come off can someone help me please
How do you do that the plastic cover from the bass converters goes down I have a version of the boombox ND and I can't go down that side cover at all 3:00
sir so great to have a conservation with you .. actually I have replacement option and I placed exchange order .. that's why I am not going for audio profissionals..or trouble shooting..Is it ok ??

Ik it’s been a year but I’m trying to open my speaker because it won’t charge but I can’t get the sides to twist off , I’ve seen comments about there being two different types and I’ve got an nd according to the serial number do you think that has anything to do with it
awesome unit sir. its also waterproof . we just to focus on charger area where the flaps is located. always secure the flaps and it will do the job properly..
Good day bro. if u can disassemble the unit. maybe u should try to disconnect the battery and clean dry the system board. if that doesnt work. bring the system to a Professional

good day sir maybe your unit needs professional servicing.. most often water drips thru the flaps..

please dont turn it on or charge the unit. if youre unsure if you can do the troubleshooting ..seek for audio professionals.

But it is fully waterproof then why waterdamage
Was the flap open or is it a leak?
i think it is not properly locked. water drips inside from the charging bay

put the unit on a rubber surface.. press the unit against it downwards then quickly turn it counterclockwise. you can do it mate.
I have an ND model which is very hard to do with

There are PL boomboxes and ND. ND the covers have to be prayed off while PL you can twist. I have ND

yes... hair dryer is fine...clean first before blow dry the board.

I cant remove the handle, I used so much strength and it didnt come off
just make sure you remove all of the screws. maybe theres screws left unscrewed.

That part is the worst and hardest part about this damn thing. Me and a buddy tried and couldnt get it off had to use screwdriver to break it off
