You have to be very careful not to confuse Kernberg's borderline personality organisation and borderline personality disorder. They are two different things.

Models of personality are created within a context. All models are like Houses with windows and doors that open and close _ the house is full of 'you and who ever' _ that's your model of personality. These models with judgy labels and roles and characteristics for people to ' play house ' in are Trumen Shows. The truthful way to model and understand another is to walk alongside.
