@@Matzes Martin kept insisting that he had 10s, but if you watch his face after he flips over his cards and the queen is exposed, he doesn't seem surprised at all. He's immediately ready to pay. It probably wasn't an angle, but his talk about thinking he had 10s was an obvious lie. I agree with @OKmoomer that it was definitely wise of Mo to spread the cards before acting.

@@raverpokerI also don’t know for sure but in my head “Punt” also implies it was unlikely to work anyways, because we all make unsuccessful bluffs but that doesn’t mean we made the wrong play, it just means that time it didn’t work. Curious.

I've always liked Dwan, but he was out of line. You just call, because as DGAF said, you're only getting called by better. Too deep to slow roll.
I thought he tanked to much as well, but honestly, it is good seeing someone at least taking the game seriously. Doug polk's play just really deserves to be punished. Calling that flop is wild, raising on the turn is even crazier when you have no fold equity since Tom has a K or better 95% of the time.
The problem with poker today is that too much attention is paid to things that are unusual; it's the weird stuff that gets the magnifying glass. Assuming that he slowrolled and was out of line, he gets a pass, unless he does it a lot. Because he's Tom Dwan. He's like Pele. You have to look at his whole body of work, and give him a pass once in a while.
Doug would have 5 bet KK preflop. He should have 2.5x raised the 115k turn bet.
