What do you think is easier? Ring MU or Bar MU? I can do 10+ ring chinups and 10+ ring dips but can’t seem to get the technique for ring MU
The ring muscle up has definitely been easier for me than the bar muscle up. I just find the technique easier, not too sure why

Can you splits? it's wayyy tougher than it looks.
I am no where near being able to do the splits Hopefully going to make a vid on it in future though! I really need to improve my flexibility
@@Swithers looking forward to it. I've been trying to do it for a month now and I don't think I'm making any progress at all. It's one of those things that shouldn't be this difficult but is.
@@donaldcostazno4092 Keep at it. I'm expecting it to take me at least 6 months when I start on it
