I really like the little tidbits of historical information on the cards. All-in-all a fantastic game and a big thanks for putting together a tutorial, I can have people check this out before we plan to play the game, it'll make things a lot easier.
Hey Clinton, that's exactly what compelled me to do a tutorial on this one. I love the depth and Phil Eklund does such a great job of surrounding you with real history. You're bound to learn something at the same time.
Excellent video! Fantastic professional production, and a clear, measured presentation which is perfect for learning the game. Thanks and keep up the good work :)
Brian Burnley Hi Brian, Very glad you found this helpful. Also thanks for mentioning the sepia-toned man doing his thing. I had a good time with that :D This game is one of my favorite games from the last year. If you ever have any suggestions for new games for videos, let me know.
I just got this little box in trade yesterday.. This game has everything that i look for in a tittle. Great video. You truly have some of the best format of anyone covering games.. Keep up the great work n upload more videos. Cheers.
Thanks so much for posting this. I love Siera Madre games, but I'm usually the one that needs to break new ground in my play group, so nice to have a video to help digest the rules with.
Have you ever played any other Phil Ecklund games? He has several more published by Sierra Madre Games that I am very interested in trying, including Neanderthal, Bios: Genesis, and Origins: How We Became Human.
Wow. This is literally the best board game related video of any kind on RUclips. Please make more, this is extremely well done.
I come back to this video every time I revisit the game with my group. I wish I could leave more thumbs!
Extremely well done AND entertaining. I love the music.
I don't seem to have commented before, but this is one heck of a well made tutorial. Kudos on a great job!

Thank you kindly Simon. Glad you enjoy it and more games to come!

Played this game for the first time last week, fantastic game, tons of depth.
Best board game review ever. Please do one for Neanderthal!
Great HTP video man! Thanks.
Hi Pavol, Thanks so much for the feedback!
Great video. I hope you do more in the future. Your tutorial videos are some of the best. :)
This is fantastic, i've been trying to parse the rules for a while, Great Job!!
Very nice tutorial. Thanks!
Nice repurpose of a shot glass holder! Second best way to use.
Ha! I love it

Great video and great music. What is it?
Thanks Ben! My brother actually put the track together for this one and calls it "Nacho my love" :)
Watch until enterprise card 12:05
Continue next day
Good suggestion! Even if this is meant for you :)
A suggestion for a game to cover: Brew Crafters.
Damn, that is a tiny box. You could easily fit the components and maybe even the box into the Lords of the Sierra Madre box.
La des-eh-nah tra-hee-kah, with the accent on the "tra"...as you can tell from the accent on the word.
