    Very nice Condo. Not so sure about the closed balcony but nice I think. 2028 is still too soon for me... I am only here to get a feeling for the market. But Jomtien seems to be an option, when it is time for me some days.

    Nice but I personally don't want to wait 4 years, that's if it completes on time. Who knows what will happen next year never mind in 2028!

      Thanks for watching. That's fair enough, this might work for some people who want a longer payment plan over construction time, but some people want something finishing sooner yes you've pointed out. We have some nice projects that are either completing sooner, within a year or so, or even some that are finished now and offer a high build quality.
