    Some great options shown, thanks. I have a Heavyweight Merz B, and the same The flat head as you. I also have the Indigo T by pure blue Japan. I really prefer Heavyweight T shirts they fit the body better.

      Also, they don't lose shape and last longer than the regular ones

    I have a suggestion, can we skip the tape measure section and talk more about construction and fit for that specific size on you. Measurements like P2P and length of a garment can easily be found on brands site or even some sites will post it, I watched your flannel video and same thing there 70% of the video was a measurement dedicated time. I like your videos and the info you provide please consider it :)

      I like the physical measurement included. Although I think post wash measurements are more important than pre wash measurements.

      @@Bloodstryke Thank you!! I will keep in mind that too!! most of the comments suggest to keep the measurements.

      Don’t skip. No one out there cares to measure or knows what points to take measurements from. Very useful info.

      3 months later I have to say that i take back my words, the measure section is indeed very helpful especially on brands that have variables measuring even in the same tag size (like Ih) its even helpful knowing the pre and post wash measures on some fabrics, it was a suggestion not fully thought through so I apologise for that, keep up the good work and looking forward to see more reviews by this Chanel :)

    I own an IHTL-1501 and thought I was good in not wanting the 1600, your review is making me think otherwise! Also, and it sounds crazy but the Kirkland T is an incredible bang for your buck, my go to for a white undershirt when expecting indigo bleed.

      The IHT 1600 is something that you need to try. Good point about the indigo bleeding!!!!!

    Love how detailed your videos are, there's always something to learn.
    I'm thinking I will pick up another Samurai, and I will also get the Iron Heart 1600
    I am interested to know where you got the Wonder Looper from as it is £110 here in the UK (at least at the stockists I've tried)? Thank you for creating and sharing this video, it should help many out!

    Thanks for the review! Loved your insights and details around their fitting.
    I only have a couple of them, so was interested in your opinions.
    Actually have the IH 1600 OLV arriving later this week as your video inspired me to try one. It’s measurements are a pain as they seem to vary between sellers 😢
    Did you find any chest or length shrinkage in the 1600?
    Please keep the vids coming!
    Also, have you considered the IHJ-69 KHA? I think it would look great with many of your outfits and has larger chest measurements than other IHJs

    • @UrbanLadUK
      @UrbanLadUK  10 месяцев назад

      Hi, I often wear the 1600, and there is no shrinkage. ( I use the washing machine in a cold water cycle). My advice is to check the measurement of Iron Heart products on the IH website and the forum those are the best places to look for measurements.
      IHJ-69 KHA: Yes, I have, and it is on my list, but not for this summer, more likely next year; I have invested in a lot of garments this season🤣🤣🤣🤣, and I think it is a very good pick (already is on my list). I own a vintage corduroy Levi´s, and I´m really happy with it.

    Can you go into further detail about the construction of the Tanuki? Why didn't you like it?

    • @UrbanLadUK
      @UrbanLadUK  9 месяцев назад

      I was wearing this tee lately and already lost shape doesn’t feel sturdy as the others it is nice but is not holding well I believe that Wonder looper that are in the same league, are better option. Construction wise are not loopwheel have seams on the side and the collar is very good. It is knit fabric.

    Diego, I don’t know what you know about tubular knitting. However, there are only two original tube knitting companies left. Wakayama in Japan and Merz b. Schwanen in Germany. All others were knitted on new tubular machineries. They produce ten times faster and the quality is really not good. The Samurai Jeans Tee was knitted in Wakayama. The 2S14 in Germany. All different kind of knitted Tees may feel well, but at the end the quality isn‘t really well. the best quality of knitted Tees are only from Wakayama or Merz b. Schwanen.

      @UrbanLadUK  8 месяцев назад +2

      Hi, thank you for the info!!! Most Japanese brands state that they are using old looms (Toyo enterprise owns looms and has their production), so there is normally limited availability of the tees. I suppose that they use the same company, what changes is the cotton and the construction., probably the knitting is the same 🤷‍♂️. It is very interesting to know about the construction and production, the Japanese are very protective about how they produce their garments
