This is basically a s8 ultra without 2 rollers and a better mopping system. It's half the price yet hardly any other reviewers are showing how good of a deal this is. Truly a gem
Erin, thanks for the great review. You just fortified my decision in purchasing the Roborock Q Revo. I purchased it from Amazon for $699 two days ago during Prime days. Thanks again.
I am on a 2nd unit now after waiting a month for warranty from the first (which I only had a couple days) and it doesn't pull clean water from the dock tank. There is some serious issues with QC of these if I get two lemons in a row, at this price, that's ridiculous
Great review as usual, which I totally agree with. I upgraded from the S6MaxV and have no regrets! The performance of the Q Revo more than matches or even exceeds S6MaxV. This is a solid product from Roborock. 1 question I have is whether the app will send a notification when the dust bag is full or will I need to monitor it and change the bag when it’s full?
How does it handle when it’s approaching a rug where only part of the robot would be over the rug (for example where only the right side would be on the rug)?
Community, how does the Q-revo perform on carpets? I am thinking to purchase a one for regular cleaning maintenance that I’d run every 3-4 days (followed by an actual proper cleaning with my regular vacuum and tools every 2 weeks). I have no pets nor kids, so I am talking here about regular amount of debris on said carpet 😊. Thank you in advance for your answer.
I want to know how this compares to the Deebot T20. Deebot uses hot water to clean the mop pads and since it doesn’t have an onboard water tank it goes back and cleans and wets the pads with hot water during mopping like a normal person would with a normal mop…. But is that better? Also would an onboard water tank, like the Q Revo has, ever develop mold or mildew and if so how would you clean or disinfect it? These are questions I have and I want to make a decision on Prime say which is tomorrow…. Tough call…I’m partial to Roborock and their app is best in the industry, but the T20 uses hot water to clean the pads and lifts the pads higher than the Q Revo when not mopping.
I had some early struggles with my T20 Omni, but after a few firmware updates it’s been excellent. Having no experience with the Q Revo I can’t offer much insight on how it works however, if the reviews are to believed it’s definitely a better value than the T20. The one thing I would say is the hot water washing will theoretically lead to a better mop. Warm water will do. Better job of pulling the oils and greases out of the pads meaning the bot will go out with cleaner pads and able to absorb more oils and greases off the floor. The one thing I will say about the T20 is the floors feel fantastic after the mop has been over it.
I did on the first day. But I removed the vacuum bag and put it back in and everything seems fine now. I chalk it up to an overly enthusiastic installation in the factory.
Thank you for this excellent review! I'm now heavily leaning towards this model vs the S7MaxV or Q7Max. Question for you - how does one empty the dirty water section? What's that experience like and how often does it need to be emptied?

Well put!

Glad it was helpful!
07:48, that perfect movement around the cup, it looks as precise as the 1800 euro high end robot cleaners.
Just spending my friday watching robot vacuum reviews LOL
I really love your reviews even if sometimes i dont like the products...lol. Thank you so much!
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching!

I was waiting for you to review that one. Thank you.
No problem 👍
Still the best robo vacuum cleaner reviews in the business. But no puns?
Hahaha. I don’t wanna overdo it…😂🤣
I am partial to my ECOVAC X1 Omni. I like to have the vacuuming and washing as two separate tasks. 😊
Glad to hear it works well for you!
@@ErinLawrenceTVYou can’t just have it vacuum without mopping or via verse?
Thank you for the review. It has major pros. Does it avoid pets' incidents as some other robots do?
Thanks for watching! Not specifically no.

Good question! I will have to look into that. That would be a nice feature, wouldn’t it?
@@ErinLawrenceTVOther company owns patent rights to dustbin full indicator. That's why Roborock doesn't have.

nice review. I noticed that you put the vacuum dock at the corner of the room. did you encounter issues with it?
Maybe i missed it, but does it has a mop tilt?

the robot has a water tank like on the Roborock s7? because we do not see any container

Have you had the dock get clogged at all when emptying?

Does it coean the borders of the room?
Looks same as dreame l10s ultra
Thank you.

Great video! Thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Just my .02, but i feel at this price the Roborock Q Revo is the one to beat.
It's one to watch for sure.
A product which has this much declaration doesn't give any warranty in UAE . AD himself clarified this .
Great review Erin! Very informative, thanks.
You are so welcome!
