+Na Ree it can melt , especially in hot weather, if you have a freezer bag it can work, and its best if you don't take it out from the springform pan until you are ready to serve

+andreiakg if you go to the asian vegetable shop you will normally find it there, nz mangoes are ok to use to just make sure to pick the sweetest one and strain it well since nz and australian mangoes are full of fibers 😊
I like baking too but sometimes I don't like the oven recipe because it's time consuming but I will try to make this, this Christmas for sure my family will love this.

you can but with experience canned mango is not sweet enoughand flavourful to use for cakes likes this, you may add mango flavouring if you like it

andreiakg A "springform" pan will release its batter from its form if you spray it with butter and cover it with parchment paper.
