Yahan pe picchle karibb 25 saal mein ek plot ki value 1.8 lakh se 50 lakh+ hua hai...karibb 30 guna ho gaya last 25 saal mein... Aur ek jagah ek 1 lakh ki plot last 35 saal mein 60 lakh ho gaya toh 60 guna in 35 saal... Isse accha rarely hin kahin aur milega
Buy atleast ONE house FLAT for living if u have big family buy plot so u can increase its floors If u get flats at cheap prices in old flats it's good Shops prices are VERY high it will become very risky nowadays If you're doing good in any BUSINESS u can buy multiple property
I have home. I have not had home till 32 yrs of age of my life. Buying a home, not having to go through tantrums of different landlords, I have realised, even if it a loss business from financial point of view, just for the sake of sheer luxury of having an own apartment in posh area of a Metro city like Kolkata, my money is well spent.
