I have one query, for 3 fields can we use all strings together, without breaking like impact of cyber loafing on employee performance in large or established firms, for example ("cyber loafing " or "similar related terms") AND ("performanc*" OR "productiv*" OR "learning" OR "knowledge" OR OR "skill" OR "ability") AND ("large firms" or "established firms" or "similar related terms")

You don’t need the Term “similar related terms” . Remove that because it will give you wrong results.
