How To Record A Live Session In Reaper (Buzz "Hard Disk Recorder" Equivalent)

A very powerful feature of Jeskola Buzz is the Hard Disk Recorder. it gives you the ability to start recording WAV audio to disk, and make changes to the sound being outputted on the fly.
Fellow RUclips user AllOneKind posed a great question... Is there an equivalent to the Hard Disk Recorder, in Reaper? (The answer is yes.)
In my journey as a long-time Buzzer to learn the ways of Reaper, this is obviously a feature I would find invaluable as well... In fact, I think it was in everybody's best interest to get to the bottom of this case. It is very available and very easy! Scope the video for more.
