Really is a shame that after 5 years this video only has ~185K views. Some of the most talented musicians around. Love the clarity of of this recording.
I introduced my dad to the band, he agrees the singer sounds like Johnny Cash. He also loves the band. His favourite song is Lost River, as is mine.
His voice is what drew me to this band when my boyfriend played Bitter Moon for me for the first time. I instantly fell in love, especially with Lost River ❤️
Look in Adam's eyes when he sings. He's somewhere else. He's in his head and back in that moment when he was thinking of what was going on that put the words to this song. What an amazing band I hope to see them live some day.

I remember meeting the cellist after a performance of theirs I saw. Just wonderful people and great music
great music from talented people, for more than 5 yrs now I've been giving emphatic prescriptions of MBD to any and all. some needed it more than others.....none were disappointed.

12 years ago I saw a band called Little Joe Gould. To think they would become Murder By Death. FUCKING A I MISS THE MIDWEST and shows at the Metro in Chicago. I think that's where i saw them. FUCK i love this band.
