Honestly Aaron, I am a beginner and this has been the most helpful tutorial for the guitar in general. You made it so easy for me to understand what you were saying and how to actually play what you were trying to communicate. I also like how at one point you show an up close view of your left hand and the notes you are holding down. Thank you, I dont think you realize how many other people try and make tutorials, but fail to make it easy to understand. I will definitely check your web page.
I have been playing guitar for 20 years. This lesson is just simple and smart. All the things you need to concentrate on the music. Jeune Homme très intélligent
I've been playing guitar for over 25 years. This tutorial was well explained! Very good lesson. Easy for beginners to understand. I could not have taught it better. Too often, there are very good guitar players on RUclips that make teaching a simple great song, complicated. Nice Job!
Thank you for making this tutorial. I am a HUGE Pink Floyd fan and I admire David Gilmour so much.. he is hands down my all time favorite musician. It's fascinating to see how he plays, truly, thank you for making this. I would love to see you do more Pink Floyd songs. Keep up the amazing work! :)
@spudangles I'm 41 and started a month ago as well. Hurt like crazy till I got caluses on my finger tips. This song is one of the reasons I'm drawn to guitar.
aarontomberlin, you might want to mention that David Gilmour is one of the planets greatest guitarists of all time. So to replicate it takes more than time.
Dude you are an amazing teacher! I kept getting this strum pattern wrong, the way you show it just makes it so easy. thanks dude, this is a special song for me and my dad, really appreciate it!
Excellent way to keep on explaining it alright with pink Floyd we wish you were here can teach me it individual at all times when I keep on play it more Lawrence

Nice. I usually play a G/C and F#/D for the chorus. Sounds 'richer' to me. I usually don't play the open 6th string if I'm playing a standard C or A or Am chord, though.
I would have liked your take on the verses. I have the intro but am looking at videos for the strum. Good lesson overall. I subscribed to your channel.
