If the government will approve in building more EV charging stations and giving out incentives to people who buy EV's then I will definitely buy one. EV's are much cheaper to maintain and are much faster than fossil fueled cars.
@@mkm3038 maybe what he meant is that the government should promote ev's by giving it tax incentives so that it would cost less and more users would migrate 🙂
Thats what norway govt. Is doing to their citizens to switch to EVs..one issue tackled is environment second the high prices of fossil fuel.. .i have no idea if the phils. Will and can adopt this system ..

Another fabulous review KUYA, this is the future. More EV cars plus modernized infrastructures and road will complement each other. More power to your show Kuya.
Thanks for this video. Thinking about buying this or a hybrid. It'll be a big adjustment for me. Full charge will only last me two days. And it takes a long time to charge it. So a hybrid car is still an option for me. 🤔
I drive approx 160km (one way) and another 160km the next day. I only sleep 4hrs max then I'm on the road again. So it's charging time is really too long for me. Maybe this will serve as a back up car. I don't know. 😅
Full EV is still not a good idea in the Philippines. It's not because electricity is expensive in the country, but it's mainly because of the limited super-charging network. We need to expand our infrastructure to attract more EV users. Second reason, a big percentage of car owners don't even have a dedicated secure parking or garage for their car. This is important for charging electric vehicle that takes almost half of the day to top up its battery through a typical wall outlet. If you think these reasons are not a big deal to you, no one is stopping you to get an EV. Having said this, I believe the country is slowly getting there to become EV friendly.
Hopefully in 3-5 years mas mura na.
Before we all go excited about going all electric, bear in mind that the Lithium Ion battery pack of EVs will eventually need replacement . You need to calculate your estimated fuel savings and maintenance costs using the projected usesable service life of the Lithium Ion battery pack. From there, you can get a picture if the costs of replacing the Lithium Ion battery pack of an EV is the more practical option to maintaing an ICE powered vehicle. 😉
Research mo about old lithium battery recycling stations. At tsaka most EV manufacturers may battery warranty. dito sa europe dami ng naka EV, kaya lahat ng big car brands may EV na kasi dyan papunta tayo. Remember the nokia effect nung dumating yung smart phone medyo mahal pa pero kalaunan nag transition lahat ng mobile phone to touchscreen kaya nalugi nokia.
You mentioned Europe. In the PH, a replacement battery pack for a Toyota hybrid model runs north of P250k and there are no battery recycling stations for these types of battery packs to speak of that exists in the PH. Maybe in 10 years time who knows.
After 8 years mo pa talaga kailangan gumastos at bumili ng bagong battery pack. By that time, murang mura na yung mga lithium ion battery.
Just dont charge your car if its still half full. Learn to take care of your battery and it will last for MORE than 10 years… then decide to either change the battery or car…
Government should also grant tax reduction for the importation of electric vehicles to further bring down prices so it could be within reach for more Juan dela Cruz

I think ang 1 kwt hr ng electricity ngyn is about between 7 to 8 php. Or the other way 3 x a week full charge, home charging ang usapan dto. Because in the most of the coutry using EV the electricy source is from Nuclear power is far away cheaper than us.
