Put a trash bag in a bucket and add cat litter. They even make lids as seats for buckets to use with this. Makes for great camping toilets.

Great video! Glad you were safe overnight! Good luck with your diet. Another cool substitute for a carb is cutting a cucumber lengthwise, scoop out the seeds and you can use each side like bread to make a sandwich. It's really tasty! Getting healthy is the way to go, I'm working on that myself. You will rock it! Have a great weekend 🎣😃

Being diabetic I try - don’t always succeed - to follow what the serving size is. I can’t eat tuna anymore (bad experience) so I now eat salmon in a can. I still make salad but I add dill relish, celery, chopped pecans, Mayo, chopped onions, and add pepper only. (Tuna has lots of sodium so salt isn’t needed) I also eat Sara Lee 45 bread because it has 18 carbs per 2 slices instead of 20+ carbs per one slice. Following serving sizes on just about everything can help. You just get use to it over time.

I've always wondered if a human could survive on a bale of hay, water, and a mineral block. That is vegetarian and our sheep ate it all winter and survived.
They pooped a lot though. Had to use the tractor to scoop it up in the barnyard.

I love pickles too. They are no calories, cuz it takes more calories to digest than they have. Plus they have vinegar which helps me burn fat. I drink lemon, apple cider vinegar water each day. It helps but not a significant weight loss for me. Nothing beats old fashioned count calories, stay under 1800 for me per day and ride my bike for at least 30 minutes. Keto diet has helped too. Great video!

I have camped in my TT in a FD parking lot. I just went in an asked the captain and told them there would be free hamburgers and hotdogs for them. They had no issue. This is KY though. Not sure about the NE.
That food looked good to me..you could even slap some Tuna between two cucumber slices and make little sandwiches..I do that all the time and its so good..lol

If no one's said anything about it, you don't need to shine the big ol led lights on your face for us to see you, unless it's absolutely pitch black. It actually gives off TOO much light and floods out your face out, If that makes sense. Just a friendly suggestion, literally the only thing thats distracting enough to feel the need to mention. Your videos are knowledgeable, funny and very entertaining to watch! My fiance and i really enjoy watching them. :)

Before I got disabled in 99 I was an Olympic weight lifter and nutritionist, with your food restrictions be careful of diets, labels are misleading, even if says fat free it's not, it's hidden under carbs or elsewhere, especially sugar alcohol%, carbs, ingredients ECT... Have to learn what to look at even protien and especially serving size! Always take a daily vitamin when on diet. Easy to loose muscle mass which muscle burns fat. That's why they backfire. Moderation is key. Can go on and on lol. Just be safe. We need you😁. Boat launch good choice for breakfast lol. Should ask if can fish there? Have to secure the front of drawer on drivers side, predrill holes and use screws👍. Try Texas Pete hot sauce on eggs better than franks if like it? Who can say camped in police station parking lot😂😂😂. What's next🤔. Ty tc

Thank goodness you're not allergic to eggs. If you cut back on carbs and sugar you can pretty much eat as much as you want. And never starve yourself. Cut back on wheat because it causes inflammation. Looking forward to hearing your progress.

Only way i know to lose weight is modération in portion size and exercise. Cutting out everything you enjoy just leaves you craving those things. So now i would for example eat 1 pancake instead of 2 etc. It is easier to cut down than to change habits. Good luck anyway. 👍

Does your diet allow breading of any kind. If I had extra tuna/mayo I would mix in a little flour and one egg and make/fry a patty for a meal of some sort

sometimes, you are too cute for words. i feel like camping at a police station is a good idea for safety, but i would encourage you to buy a gun, and get some training on how to use it. if anything ever happened to you, we would all have broken hearts. good luck with your diet. you look beautiful just the way you are, but it's great to be healthy. edit: you can buy tiny can openers that go on your key chain . look up p38 can opener. edit #2: blur out your license plate. weirdos can track you down that way
