Notion sounds great, but just don't have time to learn it at this time. I am going to give Toodledo a try. I like having a Theme design within my Productivity planners, To-lists. I created my own digital planner BUT PDF editors make it frustrating so not maintaining it anymore. So far Toodledo has ALL in one options - Tasks, Notes, Habits, Lists and Outlines. :)
Google tasks/reminders/calendar? I use this combo ATM though I do wish there was a proper Wunderlist alternative because Microsoft to-do just isn't good enough!
I feel you mate, I was the biggest Wunderlist fan, especially since I am from Berlin, where it was created😉 And yes, To-Do just isn't the same. For Apple though, nothing beats Things, it's incredible💯
@@SmartMoneywithKai is there a things alternative for Android, do you know? Because I, like you, like things to either be fully functional and free or a one off payment.
Hi Nicolas, thanks for the question, actually never heard about it before, just checked some videos on it and it does look pretty cool. Will give it a go, but in the meantime still sticking with Things 3. The number 3 seems to be very productive😂 Cheers.
@@SmartMoneywithKai Hahaha! it is pretty cool indeed, I am currently on the free trial of both things 3 and sorted 3 and their unique features make me really indecisive. you should definitely give sorted 3 a go! Number 3 is the productive number! 😉
@@nleonc00 😂So it seems. Awesome and will definitely give it a go. In theory Things 3 is all I could ask for just wished they’ve added image upload support but as I understand Things 4 might come out eventually so 🤞
Absolutely. Used Reminders also for a while, really loved the integration with Siri. Just found Things even more polished and intuitive. Never used Fantastical, heard a lot of great things about it though I am really happy with Google Calendar. Thanks for sharing🙏

@@smithtasticness Sadly not. Even TickTick which I used to like now a lot of paid features.
@@SmartMoneywithKai I did think I had exhausted the hunt. Thank you for your time and your content, nonetheless.
Can you do an update on AI task managers please
Hi there, good point and will add it to the list for future videos for sure👌 Cheers

Apple Reminders with Fantastical is the most productive system for ME.
What you guys think ?
