last time I tried to get Patagonia to honor their lifetime warranty, I sent in a favorite 7 yr old pair of Baggies ( in a color no longer available) and got a really disturbing letter back along with a coupon for $15 store credit. ONLY problem with the Baggies was the elastic waistband. Never again. I think LL Bean is the only company still honoring their "lifetime" warranty
I have 3 baggies and wanted to replace their waistband, but my local sewing shop can't do it. I'm glad I found this video. thank you!
