I appreciate the length of the video, no 🐂 💩
What is your measurement behind you ears ? Mine is 8 1/4 inch and according to Shokz, I would need the Mini and not the Regular. What do you think?
Thank you, I’m getting the mini
This helped thanks! I was trying to figure out if mini meant like kid sized but it just means a smaller gap for the loop.
Now this is a proper review. 0 fluff just the facts and perfect video
How much lift did you add with the ome lift kit?
Do you feel that the mini is hugging your head too much than the regular?
I was unable to "loosen the clamp holding the airbox onto the throttle body." I believe it's part 90005-RGA-000, which is a 4 mm hex and a phillips or JIS head as well. I stripped both of those methods of loosening through various idiotic methods (I did not have the correct tool for the job, a 4 mm deep socket probably would have saved me a headache). However, I was able to just manhandle the airbox off. I'll have to drill out and replace the poor destroyed bolt eventually. Also it was not in the same spot as in the video. The clamp had rotated so it was in a difficult location to access. It's funny how a 5 second clip in a video can turn into an hour of sweating lol!
How can I contact you for better info
How many kilometres does the engine have?
what a pain every 30k miles. I thought changing my trans and rear diff fluid every 30k on my wrx was a pain (and it was), but this somehow seems more painful. I'm all for doing simple, minor service yourself. of course I skipped my 30k mi fluid change and did it at 60k (oops). Thanks for the video. 🏁
Very helpful! Just the video I was searching for. Thanks
quick and very informative
last time I tried to get Patagonia to honor their lifetime warranty, I sent in a favorite 7 yr old pair of Baggies ( in a color no longer available) and got a really disturbing letter back along with a coupon for $15 store credit. ONLY problem with the Baggies was the elastic waistband. Never again. I think LL Bean is the only company still honoring their "lifetime" warranty
Make sure you trim your bump stops
Very helpful thank you
why helmet straps OVER headphones?
I thought the same thing. Also when my wife tried my non-minis on to check fit before she orders the mini - she put her long hair over the unit, not under it. Maybe it's preference.
I just bought it, month ago, and do the same way😂
Because otherwise you would have to thread them through the straps. Also, when you remove the helmet, you would have to remove them first, or the helmet would pull them off your head.
Well the bone conduction means skin to skin contact...the strap under the headphones means the part that is supposed to press on your bone might be lifted off your skin surface ruining the sound and I think it's easier to lose them while riding since it's sticking out
Thank you. This was the fix that worked for me. 2010 Honda fit sport
The mini one fit me so much better
I see too many guys scewring around with these valve adjustments and end up burning out a valve. Especially the exaust valve. I leave them alone unless absolutley needed.
I generally dont screw with the valve adjustment unless absolutley needed which is almost never. For plugs, use only NGK and a tiny dab of antisieze and hand tight only. (No torq wrenches). Replace plugs and coils as a set every 2 years.
this engine eats plugs every 2 years? the hard exotic metals (platinum/iridium) should last 7-8 yrs based on 12k/yr. Are these just plain copper plugs you are talking about?
@@K03sport Irudium plugs.
@@K03sport 7 to 8 years? What are you smoking?
@@mg8718 you're the one smoking something if you think iridium plugs need replacing every 2 years.
This helped me determine that the mini was the one I wanted. Thank You
same.
Very helpful
This was helpful
Do you have an instagram account for those builds ?
Thank you so much for this video!
this is great, thanks!
This really helps me choose. I wear a medium helmet, so I’m going with the mini. The pro sticks out way too much.
I really appreciate clear calm naming of parts. Thank you!
What size socket?
Great job, great pics and illustration/explanation. Thanks! 😉👍🏻
what if they both slid out? i was changing the hubs on my 2013 fit and this very thing happened just today when i went to put the hub assembly back on on both the driver and passenger sides.
also does the car need to be on?
I've spent 4h trying to figure that out when replacing the lower control arms in the past, such a pain
I measured 10" behind ear to ear and regular size is very tight. No gap between the band and head, device is actually sitting in my ear. Box has no indication of Mini so I assume it's regular.
Same idk why but I ordered the regular and they fit super tight to my head. If I move my head up they slide into my ears. Did they accidentally send me a mini but in a standard size box? Pretty disappointed
@Ethan_Lipsky I'd say no, they didn't send you one in wrong box. I went to my local BB and the regular size is quite small and tight like the one I received. Can't even imagine what the mini is like.
@@CTTH100 well shit. Idk if I should just return them or try and deal with it. I work as an engineer on ships, so I wanted a pair of headphones I can still wear earplugs with but I’m worried I’ll get too annoyed with them constantly moving out of position
@@Hebrew_hammer52 I returned them because they did not fit as they were supposed to. They ended up in my ear canals versus in front of the ears.
@@CTTH100 did you end up going with a different brand or pair?
Thanks for the nice review, I am ordering the mini
I have both😅
Finally someone addressing this. Thanks
Can't believe how good the sound off these are! Especially classical music. I was going to send them back but now I can't bare to part with them.
This was so useful. Thank you!
Hello there ! I have a 95 Montero LS. I’m trying to get parts , can you share spring Coils P/N?
Thank you :) very helpful
Thanks for the video! What's your head size (in cm)?
I took the bellow off to align the shaft. Can I get a metal band and replace the bellow? Will it cause any problems?
Once I get to the step to remove the manifold plenum - will removing it give me access to the camshaft cover?
Good job very direct
How long is your bed lenght?
Would like to know also
Does the mini press onto your head more?
About to do this on my car. You said park for an automatic, but does the car need to be powered? Last time I parked I locked the wheels. ( battery currently isn’t hooked up, but can if need be )
Thanks for the tips
How to tell which are intake and which are exhaust valves?
I think intake is the front and exhaust are the back.
