I was at Corkscrew a year and a half ago. We loved the food and their slaw inspired the slaw we use on our BBQ truck in Wisconsin. I was #16 in line and by the time I got to order they were almost out of brisket between the 15 in front of me and online orders. Great people working there and great food.
