I think that was the cops saying "Tempting" over the loudspeaker.
What happened is that instead of getting angry, the cops understood the stereotype, and created a situation where the men with the fishpole ended up with more respect for cops.
I saw another clip where a guy tossed a bag of powdered donuts out into the street and the cop asked if they were chocolate bc he was allergic to chocolate.
For those wondering (+ a warning): all the foam is the result of a lot of algae (or often plankton) dying. The slime that comes from them gets mixed with the water because of the waves and also makes it so that the air bubbles that are caused by the waves can't get out, aka the foam.
I assume the guys are fine, but DON'T GO SWIMMING IN IT! A large amount of this foam appeared in my country previous summer and 3 people (all experienced swimmers) died in it. It washes over you, but you can't swim in it (because it's basically air), you can't breathe in it, you get disoriented really quickly and people can't find you to help you.

@@leonardusrakapradayan2253she didn't read the fine print. You don't get a check cut for 20k, it's paid over the course of the enlistment. And even then it's entirely dependent on your asvab scores and so on for the entire amount. It is scummy of the military to constantly telegraph them cutting people checks for massive amounts when the only way they will is if it's a much smaller bonus in the range of 10k or so.

I got the same reaction from a sting of a horsefly. One on the forehead which made me look like a cro-magnon brother of the Neanderthals.
On a second occasion I got stung in the hand which turned into a shape of a tennis ball.
The symptoms went away with some medicine containing mostly calcium.

So the inertia of the cup and water wants to fall but it's moving at a constant and precise speed that it doesn't have enough time to fall and it swings the other way kinda like gravity but not really. It's similar to when you turn a corner in a car and you get sent to the left or right. That's the best i can explain without getting to the details
@@infinty7409 The inertia of the cup is the same as the inertia of the ride. The only thing that will make the cup fall off is wind resistance. The effect of gravity is the same.

2:25 as a farm kid I don't even know how the owners could start figuring out how the fields get divided come next year. Like, the geodesic markers basically got shat on 😢
I know, their so small and super easy to miss.
@sebastianlittleface8015 most fields are rectangles. If the ground does a fricking skip and hop then the field borders become discontinous, and you either have to set new borders which is a whole legal ordeal (you'd probably need a geodesic resurveying of all plots along the shear line), or you follow the old ones and have to do a lot of wonky manuevering around the shear line.
Add to that that the field boundaries can be only a few grassblades wide between neighbors who get along well, and that the shear line appears to have a giant bump that makes handling a tractor at working speed akin to holding onto a raging bull at a rodeo...
Finding the fields is not what I was talking about.

That scallop is an underwater Pac-Man
First clip shows what's actually the danger behind allergic reactions - fluid being pulled from your vascular system into surrounding tissues.
Obviously this can swell your throat for example, but it can essentially cause acute dehydration with all it's entailing complications like circulation problems, electrolyte shifts causing heart problems, kidney damage etc.
