But she didn't give me a routine to follow. I do as well but you can just use it at night before bed and muting else. In the morning do your nor.sl routine. But again only use at night. I recommend when you aren't going tk go back outside anymore if not before bed

It does. Benzoyl peroxide as a wash or cleanser doesn't affect that.
