I recently had to leave my apartment, all my belongings and my two cats 😢 I’m now living in a senior facility. My cats went to a SPCA facility. One of them was adopted almost right away. The other one is still there. I had the opportunity to sponsor his adoption so when the right family comes along he can just go home with them. I cried so hard when I had to give them up but I knew I had no choice. Thank you for not judging me and thank you for what you do❤❤❤
I’m
I’m so sorry that you had to go into a senior facility and weren’t able to take your beloved cats. My mom is in an assisted living too!
Senior facility in my county allows pets. Love that.
I am so sorry. I don't judge. Your circumstances are not easy. You have my respect. I'm glad you were able to surrender you fur kids to a good organization that has placed one in a new home and will take care of the other until the same happens. *Hug*
God bless you and may He fill your heart with the fun, loving memories of your precious fur babies. What a brave and loving human being you are to cope with this decision for the animals that brought you joy during your independence. ❤
Congratulations to the RSPCA amazing organization 👏 ❤️ 💙 🙌 💖 ♥️ 👏 ❤️ 💙 🙌 💖 ♥️
I think if you hand your pets over and not dump them you are doing the right thing by your pets.
Absolutely
As long as you hand them over to a facility that can keep them in a good situation long enough for them to be re-homed.
Thank you for not persecuting owners who, through no fault of their own, can no longer afford the best for their beloved animals.
Wow lexi is absolutely beautiful. Those whites are gorgeous
Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work 🐕 ❤️ ♥️ 💖 💕 💙 🐕 ❤️
Thank you for making this episode. It was great learning more about this organization.
There is nothing sweeter than a baby kitten! I'm like Scott I love dogs and cats both, each of them have their very special reasons for stealing my heart ❤️ 💙 💜 💖
Please keep us updated on Amber and her leg ❤and hugs for all the animals
You are special, Scott . (Helen from New England)❤❤❤
My younger brother Patrick and I got a black Labrador retriever pitbull mix named Maggie from the Oregon humane society back on June 22nd 2013 she was 9 years old she had severe separation anxiety we had her for 5 wonderful years until August 20th 2018 when she passed away from cancer she was 14 years old 😢💔
She was our first dog ever
Three months ago we adopted a massive old dog of 50 kg from the shelter who had lost his owner to old age, here in the Netherlands. He is (probably) a Cane Corso/ mastiff mix and he is the sweetest gentle giant that I have ever met, and he is almost 11! We could not wish for a kinder, calmer and well-behaved dog! And in addition to that, he was very much like Brandy. He needed time to feel comfortable and learn our routines, and he needed time to get to know us. After being given that time he has absolutely flourished.
I love Scott the vet. He is a true animal lover.
Thank you to all vets, volunteers and employee s that rescue and help animals. Its a very rewarding and heartbreaking at the same time.
So lovely to see Allie again! You two are a special duo! ❤ It’s been nice seeing your friendship over the years.
Seeing videos of people doing what god intended us to do . Really is good for the soul .
It’s a gift for a positive universe .
Lovely and sad stories. Fills my heart with gratitude for all the people, including Dr. Scott, who dedicate their time and give their love to these deserving and wonderful animals.
Just adore this channel - you do such fabulous work Dr Scott !
Wonderful work of the RSPCA - I live in Scotland and support the SSPCA too .
Just love Ali - feel such a connection to her although I’ve of course never met her - strange I know .
Cannot tell you how utterly desperate I am to adopt a dog - personal circumstances don’t allow at the moment but I so hope it’ll happen one day . I would have loved to adopt Brandy - I’m totally up for older and / or sick dogs, whatever. So so hope her prospects improve soon & the visitor turns out to be the one ❤
Finally Dr Scott - take great care of yourself ( I seem to feel your pain , sorry ) remember you are an utterly amazing person and very much loved 🙏❤️
I love that those people took a photograph of the room the kitten lived in at the RSPCA and then replicated at their home! What a wonderful thing to do!
Wow, 200 years already, thats amazing! Nice to see Allie again too ❤
😢😢😢I am in tears…
Now, Honey is an absolutely beautiful little girl. If I were closer to the UK I would love to have her. But being in the middle of the US that is just out of the question.
Bless you Scott!❤❤
I volunteer at this RSPCA and I'm delighted to say she was recently rehomed! ❤️
all animals have a right to be safe and to be loved
Overflowing shelters are a Global problem now.😢
What a shame
Those horses are stunningly beautiful ❤
Scott is such a sweetheart 👑
What a lovely episode. Thank you for sharing the RSPCA's wonderful work. I am a rescue mom and my pups are just the best thing to happen to our family.
All my Dogs are rescues. My newest is a Husky Malamute puppy that was dumped into my Yard. No Microchip. He is a sweet loving boy. ❤
You have a good soul and I thank you. We also have 9 rescue dogs. They are our kids and we love them all. May God be with you for your kindness.
@@heikefoth4624 thank you, all I know about God is he has a weird sense of humor. Ps If I could I would empty out the pound in my area.
Ooooh, a fluffy one then, no? 😂
@@Kloetenhenne very fluffy. Very loving and silly 😜
@@annevogle I believe every word you say 😂
It was so great to see Alie again. She is such an animal lover. She was in several of his other shows (Bondi Vet and Vet on the Hill). She lives next door, Scott, or use too. They adopted chickens together. Lol. We had to sign a dog had for a year because she had cancer needed surgery, meds, and treatments. I called multiple rescued for help and vets asking if could make payments, recieved no help. I am on disability so can afford Vet care but not what they was saying all the surgery and other things. The only way she was going get help was surrender her, cried my eyes out broke my heart. My other dog missed her for very long time also.
I am so sorry that they were not resources to keep your dog with you, her loving, long-term owner.
HAPPY 200TH BIRTHDAY RSCPA!!🎉MILLBROOK is the cleanest organization I've ever saw!! Dr. Scott, thank you for sharing this wonderful video with all the different animals, and especially the GREATEST STAFF & VOLUNTEERS WHO TAKE SUCH LOVING CARE OF THE THEM!! Sue is definitely one of the most DEDICATED, WONDERFUL WOMAN WITH a HEART OF GOLD! I live in the USA and the shelters here are AWFUL! They euthanize animals that aren't adopted after a certain amount of time!😢That should be illegal in my opinion!!💯👆🐾🐕😽🐎🐐🐇👍❣️😘💕❤🎉
Happy 200TH birthday, RSCPA🎉
Thank you, Scott🤗.
JO JO IN VT 💞🇺🇲
My heart goes out to Brandy. I adopted a dog that had no confidence, she barked at me constantly for three days, then she got stuck in a fence and I rescued her from that, after that we ‘apparently’ were best friends. Have had her now for 6.5 years. Took her to a park by the river that was often visited by other dogs and lots of people, we visited every day and she grew in confidence in leaps and bounds. By the time I had her six months she had put on weight was full of confidence and stopped barking at moving leaves etc. today she loves everyone and most other dogs. I hope Brandy finds her furever home and learns to trust and be confident so she can dog it in full happiness.
One of my cats was called Yoda for the same reason. Wiggly ears and scrunched face. We realised she was a girl a bit later after she was born so we called her Yolanda officially. But she was always Yoda at home.
I was watching a couple of Rescue Vet videos, one about Maggie, and then about Bob, and I thought the narrator's voice sounded familiar, like one of the vets from Bondi Vet. I watched plenty of vids from that channel. Been a long fan of the vets there. And sure enough, this video confirmed it's Dr. Scott! So glad to have found this channel. I'm a stray feeder and rescuer, and thankfully I have a chance to go back to school and study vet medicine this time. Dr. Scott is among my inspirations.
So glad you found me on Rescue Vet too! Thank you for watching my programmes over the years ☺️ hope you enjoy my new channel 👨⚕️❤️
Oh! I want to adopt Honey! Wish I weren't thousands of miles away
All those humans seen in this episode are beautiful.
We have adopted rescued GSD. we go on a regular timetable every day at the same time to walk them to get to know them we and them have to bond
Sitting in Hawaii tonight, with two little foster kittens that came my way yesterday, sleeping on my chest. Taking in such little beings, giving them safety, shelter and food - watching them get healthier, happier and then finding them forever homes.... it's awesome! Whether on a grand scale like the RSPCA or just yourself, hooking up with a small home town rescue organization -- do it!! It is so rewarding and it makes our world just a bit better, each and every time. Mahalo nui loa, Dr. Miller! Keep inspiring the world!
Just had to watch this again today, despite the sad stories, what struck me the most was all the wonderful positive people who only see possibilities and that they don't judge anyone. Also so nice to hear you Scott tell your story and talk about your hopes and thoughts going forward and I hope you get them fulfilled, and your laugh always makes me happy, when I also see Ali, what a wonderful strong woman no wonder you two have a strong friendship with the same passion for animals and animal welfare, I feel both hopeful and inspired, thank you so much 💓
I feel so touched and so grateful to all those nice humans, who take care of neglected and mistreated animals.... Thank you nice people!!!!
I adopted a bulldog who was much more standoffish than Brandy. My other dog taught him to trust us. He went from peeking at us from the hallway or the other room to sleeping with us and getting belly rubs on the couch. It took time, patience and love. He's such a gentle giant, our big burly baby boy.
I really! Hope that Brandy will find her forever home
As soon as possible
Such Beautiful animals. Thanks for sharing them with us. And a Giant Thank You to all the Amazing Volunteers at the RSPCA- UK!🎉❤
Greetings from Florida, Dr. Scott! We love your new show 🎉 🥳
Wow, Happy Anniversary, how impressive 25 yrs. Yes, and yes, it is hard to let your pet go.
It's so wonderful to see your friend Allie again.
I remember her saying, Dr Scott, he cares, the one of the first videos I watched on your previous channel.
Yeh Allie!! Miss you !
Lovely to watch❣️
AND
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to the RSPCA

The story of Pip and Squeak is amazing and how great that they are going home.
What a beautiful story about these animals. Thank you so much for supporting these animals!
You have so much love for animals. It’s beautiful
I always enjoy watching your videos, but this time it was especially nice! I was a volontier at SPCA in Hongkong and a lots of memories popped up. Also my rescue dog Maxi was watching the video. 😊 Greetings from Austria. 🐶🙋♀️
❤Nice to see Allie again❤🐶🐱congrats RSPCA🎉
RSPCA is such a amazing group of people. My Pablo was the longest time in bath RSPCA bcoz no one wanted to adopt him and he was a favourite of the staff. They still calling me and asking how he is doing ❤❤❤
So nice to see Ally/Allie? again. Very much enjoyed this episode.

Absolutely beautiful place with awesome people and animals. Dr Scott is such a beautiful person, full of genuine love, care and passion for all furbabies.
Lovemrescue vet scott, keep upmthe good work.
Fabulous Ali 🤗. What an incredible woman 👏🏻❤️. This was such a great episode 👍🏻👏🏻❤️. The manager and all the staff and volunteers are wonderful people and are obviously very dedicated to and proud of the work that they do ensuring that every animal that comes to the centre has the best possible care all the time and is giving all the help and support they can to hopefully get them through the trauma they have suffered and go into loving new forever homes 🤞🏻. It was really interesting to hear all the different animals stories and I truly hope things work out for the beautiful Brandy who will give so much love and companionship to an owner if they just devote a bit of time to get to know her 🐶❤️. Please keep us updated if she gets her new home 🐶💓
What a gorgeous video, it melts my heart so much to see so many animals being given so much love, attention and treatment. I've always loved watching your videos since you first joined Bondi Vet- much love and greetings from NYC!! 🤩🤗🗽🩷🌹
Oh yeah- and here we have the ASPCA that's been around forever as well and we're right behind you- they've been around for 168 years starting from 1868! 🤩🤗
Blessings! Love to the animals and thank you!!!!❤❤❤
Ive been in rescue and fostering for 13 years now. I specialize in neonate kittens and the more sick/severe cases. It is rewarding and heartbreaking.
So amazing and heartwarming to watch this place, to meet the animals and hear their stories from truly dedicated people, Volunteering is a roller coaster of emotions but so rewarding, and I loved seeing Ali again, always so nice to see you two together. Thank you for sharing it all with us and for not judging people, definently a highlight of my week ❤🇳🇴
I like both cats & dogs, and have never understood why people choose sides.
Allergies???
So awesome, rescue
Greetings from down under Dr Scott. A very emotional episode, I just love Brandy. I have a beautiful rescue dog Harvey…. I have had him 13 years in November. I think rescue dogs are the most beautiful animals. Harvey is my third rescue dog. Thank you so much for a wonderful episode.
Your work with animals is fabulous & thank you for your kindness ..The RSPCA undoubtedly do fabulous work too for cats & dogs , but it would be great if they stepped up about farm animals. Did you see the shocking investigations into their Assured farms? Loads of animals suffering in factory farms , and masses of laws broken . Chris Packham was horrified when he saw Animal Risings footage. If you have any influence please request they stop promoting animal cruelty on farms
Thank you Alison
I'll take that sweety pie. Unfortunately I'm in Texas and 81. I have 3 rescues and feed the feral cats, opossums, squirrels, and the odd raccoon. I love all animals. People....not so much. LOL
Fabulous love your attitude 😂❤❤
Following from South Africa... love this 🎉
Honey is gorgeous!! 😍❤❤
Lexi is a stunning mare!
I love all animals and have rescued a few over the years, Guinea Pigs, Dogs & cats, years back when I was 20yrs I re-homed 2 kittens, one that had been thrown onto a chemical tip and one that was left at the pet shop I worked at, both bluey/grey the one from the tip was deaf, and the one left at work was blind, they were wonderful pets, both so different yet both so affectionate, I wouldn't have changed anything about either of them, it was well worth not moving my furniture around. ❤
Oh, I enjoy rescue vet and Dr. Chris.
So etwas fehlt in Deutschland 🙈🤔 . Ein wunderbarer Ort für die Tiere.
Beautiful goat story.
I'm so happy to see Allie. She does so good with her volunteer work. I think my cat was born in the shelter as his mother was there..
Thank you for all you do for animals. You are a good soul ❤
Good Wednesday morning 🙋♀️ 🐕 from Venus, Texas, USA 🇺🇸 ! I am enjoying watching your new channel. Congratulations to the RSPCA 200th birthday ! GOD bless. ✝️ 🙏 💖
Love seeing your good friend, Ali working with rescued animals. Yeah, she has much to give with love. Special lady! Love seeing all these beautiful animals and hoping that the kittens with eye issues will be able to adjust to life. I've never heard of kittens' eyes opening too soon and I've had a lot of cats and kittens in my life. Now I know how important that is in the first 10 days of life. Love your videos and look forward to them.
Love your videos, Dr. Scott. Keep them coming!!
Thank you Scott. Love these videos ❤
❤❤❤❤❤love to you all❤❤❤❤❤
The Sioux Indians didn't have a word for horse when the Spanish brought them but called them big dogs, sun'ka wakan, which means mysterious/holy dog. They considered them sacred animals because they could carry a man, run into battle, and become their friend for life. I've always thought they acted like big dogs.
This was a fabulous episode to watch 🤗❤ Wonderful seeing the amazing Ali and volunteering 4 times a week 👏🏻 She is an absolute angel ❤ All the staff and volunteers at the centre seem completely devoted to caring for all the animals and giving them all the love, attention, treatment and special help they need to hopefully recover from the traumas of their past lives and go onto live new lives in happy forever homes 💓 Sad that the little kitten is blind but as it’s never known any different hopefully in the right home it’ll live an enjoyable life 🐈⬛💓 My heart goes out to the person who found themselves living in a car and had to part with her animals 😢. She obviously loved animals very much but at a terrible time for them they put the welfare of those animals first and gave them into the care of the RSPCA 👏🏻. I hope that in such a tough time they got a little bit of comfort from knowing the animals would be ok 🤗 Such a lovely ending that there are good results for the animals featured and really hope things work out and lovely Brandy finally gets the living forever home she deserves 🤞🏻 👨⚕🐶🐈⬛🐴🐐👏🏻❤
Send her to me but lm in Canada,l lost my 16 yr old yorkie passed in Aug after he was attacked my another huge dog your episode with the wee yorkie who ear had to be removed l bawled and bawled for that sweet wee boy he looked just like my wee Storm and before him my rescue beagle collie mix Jacob at 18. She will be a great dog shes beautiful.
To all the animals that found their furever family congratulations 🎊 &the1's who didn't l wish all of u the very best of luck on finding your furever home.🐾😺💖🐾
Ah Scotty you are such a softie!! So no hope of you coming back to Oz then, you are much loved over in the UK for sure...happy 200th BD to the RSPCA... what an amazing bunch of staff.. those animals wont ever want to leave, they are so well cared for and much loved.
My heart goes out to the lady living in her car. Maybe like so many she lost her rental as rents went to unbelievable prices like they've done in Australia. I know how difficult and heart breaking it is to give up your beloved pets. I hope life gets better for her, maybe she will be a volunteer at the RSPCA when things get better for her. Well done everyone and happy birthday. BTW years ago I had 2 gorgeous white cate, rescues, brother and sister and they were both deaf.. made absolutely no difference to them at all, they still had command of our home.. best wishes from Western Australia x
Subscribed. Love your new show.
I'm glad you are still doing rescues/vet care even though you moved to England. 👍
Been following you for a long time now and I love your channel!
Greetings from Norway.
I’m really enjoying this. Thank you 😊
Here in USA a over flow of misplaced from the many hurricanes
If only I lived close by, I would have come thru to get Brandy
Maravillosa gente ❤
Great work. 👍
❤❤❤
I always wondered where Allie had gotten to! It is wonderful to see her healthy and giving all her love to her charges. I still wonder about head nurse Emma, Nathan and the other vet nurses - wasn't Nathan engaged to one of the other nurses? I'm in the US so I'm not able to follow them as much as I would like. Thank you RSPCA, it's volunteers and Scott - God bless you all for the work you do to help these lovely animals!
So glad I found this channel. I loved seeing you Dr Scott on Bondi series and very sad when you were no longer showing up in the videos. I will definitely be watching this channel.
Cheif is always laying in his lap . He does what he can with hm in bed he is lost without him but his brother takes him out and he's grown to love him to.
Dr Scott thanks for sharing this educational resource ❤
