I found if its hot out and the cover is on the first few inches under the cover get fairly warm, so it certainly makes a difference and seems to warm the pool faster on sunny days with the cover on rather then with it off
@@PovertyPointCustoms thank you! One more question, do you leave your filter running while the cover is on? My brain is telling me no, but figured I'd ask! Thanks for the response!!!
@@PovertyPointCustoms I will let you know if it is a bust or not :) for $10, it is worth trying. Your way helped so much though ♡ Your pool area looks wonderful. Landscaping and preparing the area is what took me the longest, but it was so worth it. Thank God for tractors, I would have broken my back if it weren't for the Deere!
@@PovertyPointCustoms - How many inches? Thinking I may go to Home Depot in a few moments. We are draining our water at this time due to a clip missing in the T post and it leaning : \ .... I think placing them under the stands would be great. Would this be pressure treated as well? Thank you
We ordered our pool on Monday and it is coming in the mail tomorrow aaaaaaa! So this is super helpful thanks!
You will love it, congrats on the pool :)
PovertyPointCustoms thanks so much! My whole fam is excited! Can’t wait till it arrives!
PovertyPointCustoms do you have any idea how long it takes to fill up with city water? With a hose nozzle of pressure sprayer?
@@scemolivvy I have the same pool have had it a few years. It took four hours with city water to fill the pool. Hope this helps you out.

Is it necessary to use the stoppers that came with it? What is those really for please advise?
I just ordered a roll of elastic from Amazon. I'm going to thread it through and tightnen it. Basically it will act like a giant shower cap.
That's a great idea!

Ours blew halfway off during the winter
I find they stretch and become loose, we just take it down for the winter
What do you have below the stands?
1x6 wood, stops the poles from sinking into the ground. Made a huge difference
@@PovertyPointCustoms Thank you
