VDP is Vendor Direct Parts, meaning they have to order it, usually 2 days. That entire portion inside AZ gave me PTSD.
The system is setup so bad especially when ordering parts from other stores. If the parts aren't there your order gets fd. No chain of custody at all.
@@duanebailey6253 Yeah too much of AZ operations relies on the honor system, and there are numerous places where that ball can get dropped and the blame gets pushed off. I ran a commercial program for a few years, I don't miss that shit one bit.
@@SlightlyM3ntal I've gotten into huge fight with them over it. Saying I already picked up the part a few times, when the store they ordered from show it in stock but don't have it. Have to prey the really check if it's in stock when calling over.
