The vacuum source for the brake booster is on the back of the intake on the driver side. Go back to the junkyard and get the booster hose assembly off the avalanche so you have the right piece to clip back in the intake

As you mentioned it looks like your coolant hoses are crossed, thermostat housing actually goes to the bottom port on the radiator, so top port goes to top on radiator and bottom to bottom

The brake booster line goes to the big port on the back of the intake on driver side you should have removed that plastic cover in the back for more access before you put it in. And got the coolant lines backwards lol
The colorado is definately one of the more difficult ls swaps but its alot easier when youre not playing it by ear theres a few things that couldve been avoided with a little more attention to detail and less of a knee jerk reaction having to redo things hes already done is eating into his time he shouldve familiarised himself with the engine platform first
I think thats because tommy collected all the parts and josh can work independently and fast as hell if one person is organised and does part runs while the other wrenches stuff gets done faster

For stage 2, pick up a Motion Raceworks steam port kit, way better option and balances the temps in the front/back of the engine. Have one on my 6.0 swapped OBS I'm working on.
dorman makes a heater core t that has a 1/4'' nipple for the steam port, a lot of people use that. $4 at parts store, or some factory vehicles have a metal one in the same location. as of fuel line theres push lock to an6 and all that extra work wouldnt have been necessary

He had to order stuff to button up the engine and a driveshaft. Makes no sense pressuring him because if he rushes and it comes out like shit youd still be upset on here asking why he didnt take his time and do it right

The steam vent nipple on the cylinder head can be routed into the heater hose using the Trailblazer SS kit from Glenn’s Auto Performance

On your l brackets on the grand you need a rubber or plastic washer between the aluminum and steel because aluminum next to steel will cause it rust
