Tyler Perry isn’t exactly known for having subtle taste when it comes to his real estate portfolio. The multi-talented actor, director, screenwriter and producer has bought and sold a handful of opulent estates over the years, especially in Los Angeles and Atlanta - where his epic Tyler Perry Studios is also located. Considering Tyler is worth an estimated $1 billion, he has invested some of that quite wisely in properties with a story to tell, reclaiming land with ties to slavery and racial injustice in the process. While his dream mansion in Atlanta, near his custom studio property has been in the works for a few years now - perfection does take time - and in the meanwhile he’s called a few other stunning places home too.

The airstrip and hangar is for his Remote Control Airplanes. The runway itself is too small to support any type of aircraft.
I laughed so hard when she said the property even has a runway and at one point he has a pilots license... No... That's for his RC plane collection.
Yeah cleetus McFarland just put out a video at that house with the small RC Runway and Tyler Perry and Cletus we're flying RC planes off of that Runway Tyler has a 20-foot wingspan C-17 military cargo aircraft that is massive even has his own professional builder and workshop to make them he has multiple aircraft a very big collection

There is NOTHING in Atlanta worth $100 million. Le Reve was 45,ooo square feet and huge amount of land and only fetched $13 mill and his last house on Paces Ferry couldn't fetch over $17 mill. Just not valuable land out there.
