The starting point for Horner were some left over compositions from Braveheart, which is by far the best score of all time. Also explains why there's so much Irish bagpipe in the Titanic theme. She was built there, so it connects, but it's really Braveheart 2.0.
@@Dominian1Considering James Horner came into the picture quite late, after most of the filming had been completed. He had to make it work with a very limited timeframe. For a fairly rushed job he pulled it off flawlessly.
Only one side of the ship was built to show both sides of titanic it had to flopped thus created a dilemma the names on the hats were backwards a example as follows enil rats white lol
@@Littlefox579I’m not sure why people scoffed and refused to reply to your question. James Horner was the composer for the Titanic movie (and other movies like Braveheart). He passed away in an aviation accident in 2015.
The music being louder and much more noticeable around what is happening in the movie makes the movie so much more emotional. The music really makes you feels things watching this movie that I’ve never felt so strongly
7:13 That's the most striking scene in the movie I think. Astor's reaction was blank as if it's just another part of the doom. And my god that minor choir melody is stunning. When you see the water going dome and it music kicks in I just got a lump in my throat every time.
Even though I have never been to concert like this but seeing this on RUclips got me goosebumps. The real Titanic sinking is so tragic that it can hurt my heart and soul and those people didn't deserve to die the way they did, some of them were even heroes
James Horner wrote some of the best and most iconic soundtracks in motion pictures history. Most people don't pay attention to the background music, but as a music lover I always did.
I can tell it was worth every penny. Watching it live would've been surreal. To this day, the instrumental breaks my heart and wants me to turn back time.
The entire last scene were they joined each other in the afterlife omg I cried and my parents asked me what was wrong and I said that I was watching this perfect movie. And they decided they would sit down to watch it. I’m currently sitting with them on the couch watching it again🥺🥺🥺
I mean my theory of the last scene together is because I think they joined each in afterlife that’s because it would be weird to have that scene and not think anything about it hehe
Muito emocionante o filme!! Queria assistir novamente!! Orquestra sensacional, acredito que os músicos se emocionaram ao tocar as trilhas sonoras do filme!!
The terminator is an infiltration unit, underneath it's a hypo alloy combat chassis but outside, it's living tissue, the 600 series had rubber skin, but these are new.. Sweat bad breath everything, I had to wait for him to make a move before I could zero him.🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻♂️🤖😎
Really makes you realize that Titanic has one of the best scores of all time.

@@KotaThaSage lord of the rings was Howard Shore
The score really made the film
They did the entire film with a live band that’s pretty epic
....and exhausting.
Real
It’s an orchestra, not a band. There’s a difference.
Orchestra!!!!!!!!!
Try watching the live Harry Potter ones. Those are epic
'Gentlemen, it has been an honour playing with you tonight' 🙏🏻💔
A privilege ;-)

3:13 I swear to god, you can for a moment, hear the entire theater taking a deep breath of air trying to hold back tears.
Yes it freaks me out. It's tooooo sad, it's choking. Why those kids cannot go with boat 😭
Watching movies with a live orchestra would be absolutely AMAZING
Wouldn't it?! Someone needs to get the word out to them!!!!
anyone got goosebumps watching this? omfg its awesome
bro i literally got the most goosebumps ive ever had, to the point it felt like i had pins and needles all over my body

Amazing performance. Amazing movie. Amazing score. RIP James Horner
He would of been proud to see people playing his legacy to this day.
Who’s James Horner?
@@Littlefox579 your joking right?

The violinist scene when they played “Nearer my God to Thee” is my favorite part of the movie.
Which was really played in real life, I listened to some survivors proving it
Which one was played the one in the movie, the a night to remember one, or propior deo (most likely)
Moved to tears. I wish they would bring this to the US! Thank you for posting
Me too 🤧😭
This movie has what has to be the greatest soundtrack ever developed

The fact that they were silent while the quartet played... That was beautiful.

That must of being one hell of an experience with live music! Amazing! So sad for the people who died that faithful night in 1912

The songs in this movie are the most amazing things I've ever heard in my entire life.
One of my dreams…watch this concert!
James Horner’s crowning achievement, the finest score he ever did, and one of the best of all time.
The Titanic. Built in Belfast, Ireland. My great grandfather was an engineer who was one of many Irish men who built the Titanic.
The scene where the dome smashes over the grand staircase fills me with dread 😢 can you imagine being alive and experiencing that
So amazing, I wish I was there
Amazing!! Goosebumps!! Specially 5:57 😍❤️❤️❤️
Oh yes, James Horner's TITANIC score. Awesome, powerful, uplifting and scary in places
still makes me cry
rest in peace Captain Edward John Smith played by Bernard Hill
Now THAT'S a beautiful performance of My Heart Will Go On/ the soundtrack ❤ I loved how they played the music louder than the dialogues, too.
De las mejores bandas sonoras!
