Love this video, really shows a cross section of some of Lomita’s gems! The feed shop, vintage clothing shops and more. Lomita is truly a sweet nook and worth a look-see to live but definitely shop.

I just watched and commented on another video you made about Lomita, the town of my youth. I lived there from birth ('67) until '84, and most of that time was on 246th street. I went to St. Margaret Mary for 8 years and was an altar boy there for about 4 years (no, I was never fondled). Then went to Fleming and Narbonne.
I live in Humboldt County now and I love it here, but not a day goes by that I don't think about Lomita.
EDIT: I had a paper route as a kid delivering the Daily Breeze and Orchard Trailer Park was on my route! I hadn't thought of that place in years. And that iconic sign! Wow!

Thank you for the video. I grew up in Lomita in the 90s until the late 2000s. It’s good to see that it retains allot of what made it so special.
Also nice to know that most Lomitians who never really had much have homes that are nearing 7 figures.
You should do a food tour next!

Thanks for your comment. Lomita has changed a lot even in the last few years. I'll consider a food tour! That's a great idea.

Say, rental, if anything ele, and only buy at a place you really like, which is another nice thing, is they have plenty of cheap rentals, did you say access? Anyway, as i was saying, i was going to buy but instead decided to rent it out to 10 Mexicans for 120% and then decided to not live there but do that instead with 4 houses, so..

Coz with 1 house at 120%, not enough fake overhead but of course $12,000 a month..
