I agree. Relatively speaking this is a steal. 10.8 is a lot regardless how you skin it but it's a steal for what you get. Amazing. As the coarse by Jack finishes it will be worth close to double. It is a money making house. Expect it to do 8000-10000 per night

Best Villa in the entire island by far... World Class...WOW. thanks Kash for the showing this Villa its one of one. The only thing i would want added is that elevator. But it's beautiful. The best I've seen in the island so far bar none. BEDROOM #11 for sure!!!!😅
That's amazing I agree bedroom number 11!! But you are bang on... That's why I love the DR look at this value here. Rental income his amazing too. With all value added services owner does 1.4m per year and that number will increase as the golf coarse is finished. Amazing amazing
