The above video reminds me of the 30+ years I lived on the Coastside below San Francisco, where I ran with my dog on the beach every morninng. I used to watch the guys take off from Montara Mountain, catch a thermal, head out and soar over the surf and land on the shore, OR go in the drink sometimes! 65Seasons always has the greatest scenery, I watch for their videos and we thank them!! Yes, love is a many-splendored thing, but Nature is even more splendid! Nothing can beat what Mother Nature can hand us, all, free for the awe and looking!
Many years ago, when I worked in San Francisco, I used to often take the longer route, Hwy 1 instead of the freeway to my home on the Coastside, and sometimes I'd stop at the Cliff House for a relaxing cocktail after a hectic day at work, just sit and relax looking out at Seal Rock and the beautiful sun setting on the ocean at the end of the day. Good memories!

I know that beach well, my dog and I used to run on it. I never saw the movie in 1955 but have loved this song forever! I've sung and played it so many times, but you never think of the lyrics when you are performing, but I do now, and wish I had that love again. "In the morning mist two lovers kissed and the world stood still..." and "fingers touched my silent heart and taught it how to sing" -- what could be more romantic!
