Edito is in French , how one can utilise who is a beginner? Please suggest best books to learn French for tef .. as I'm totally clueless how to start .i have almost done A1 level now for next how should i proceed?

Try apps like HelloTalk, or duolingo forums. Also there are groups on facebook for tef canada prep.
Nice work, and a quick question please. How long would it take to get clb 5 in tef, if I spend 3 hours daily?
It's not a scientific answer but we would say 6-7 months shall suffice.
