There’s generations of chicanos living in LH for years. There’s alot of Mexican and black owners in the southeast. In Sherman too but the people are selling out I’m starting to see more and more white people there. And there trying to do that in Logan too but it’s not happening anytime soon. Real estate agents always make offers.
After the major flooding that took place real estate developers were offering people whose homes got destroyed $250,090 checks to buy out their homes. A lot of people whose homes were uninsured were forced to sell their homes, and even some homes that were insured, their insurance carriers wouldn't approve their insurance claims.
The City of San Diego is getting sued for not updating and keeping their infrastructure in tact and up to date to be able to handle the incoming weather especially in these low income areas.

No it’s not if it was still being appealed then I would not have access to it . The conviction was affirmed meaning the appeals court ruled the conviction remains in place.
