    What if I have a German passport but working 4 days a week in Suisse where I want to trade before and after work?

    The app is not clear enough I'm trying to verify my account but it's like a maze, only my email and the personal details that are easy why are the other verifications hard to complete. Are you testing our patience or there's an error somewhere

      Hello, thank you for the query, if a bank card is not used at all for deposits on the platform then there is no need or requirement of verifying it. Bank card verification is only mandatory if it has been used for deposits on the platform.

    Your all things are right but you demanding cvv no.of is illegal.and without cvv no.of card you are not verify.what should i do.

      Hello, thank you for your comment. There seems to be some misunderstanding. We never require the CVV number in fact it is a requirement to hide the CVV code otherwise the system will reject the verification.
      Traders are only supposed to show the first six and last four digits on the bank card (the middle ones should be hidden) along with the CVV code to be hidden. The card should be signed by the cardholder as well.

      Hello! If you deposit through bank card, you can withdraw up to the same amount back to the same bank card, more than that can be withdrawn to an ewallet or other available options. The availability of the payment options may vary depending on your location. All available payment options you can find in your deposit / withdrawal page.     Identity verification, address verification and bank card verification should be right after the personal details but no! They suddenly disappear and you have to spend more time researching about account verification while you could complete it within minutes and only wait for the BC verification that takes 1-5 days 😒😠

    Hiii there. I am an Indian user in IQoption. I do not trade in USD i use INR. I have been trading with 1 rupee ever since I joined IQoption but just 10 minutes earlier it automatically shifted to 55 INR. Now it is showing that minimum amount to trade is 55 rupees. Why is it happening? Since i am learning i can't invest 55 rupees in a single trade. Please do something about this.
