I would love to see LED POI mixed in with light suits like Light Balance used in their performance routines. Thanks for the videos. Forever the teacher.
I am SO glad you brought up the orbital. I am an orbital addict. Though I'm one of those who started with glowsticks and shoelaces, I really like how transferrable almost everything in glowstringing is directly translatable, especially when the poi are lighter. Oh, and once again, congratulations on 100k!
These are amazing tricks thank you for sharing these tricks. I saw it comming the weaves were going to be on this list. Mercedes definitely looks really cool and so have to learn Mercedes. Orbitals look so cool and definitely have to learn this.
Great idea for a video and great list. Seeing an oribtal with podpoi for the first time broke my brain and got me into poi. A particular favourite way of mine to end an orbital is to turn it so that it is vertical and allow it to gradually slow until it falls apart.
For 17 years I spun only poi that had swivels in the handles. A couple years ago I switched out my cathedral stack poi for a pair of monkey fists with some really stiff technora leads and kinda lost the ability to really crush out blazing fast orbitals. Last fall I put down the podpoi and started using flowmoja spheres with capsule handles and fpc tethers. It renewed my love for poi and opened up a whole branch of tricks I had never even attempted, but once again I no longer had swivels in my handles and couldn't do orbitals. I miss them dearly and sometimes pick up the pod poi just to crush a few of em out. I think I might make another set of fire poi as well and start treating them as two different tools with different sets of moves. Kinda how I treat acoustic and electric guitar. .

Hi nice video how can you make this nice light trails I have pois from Ignis and I have seen any trails is that some setting off the camera or settings of the poi?
It's something to do with exposure time and lighting. I csm only get trails on my phone when nearing sunset. But a proper camera will hsve more settings to play around with
