I love that place great video
Freaky . As a kid growing up in Connecticut we had pigeons on side of house 2nd floor eavs that sound they make used to freak me out till I got a little older realized what they were . 😂Thanks for sharing stay safe❤
lol. Ya, they make some weird noises. We really had no idea what they were and were pretty freaked out ourselves! Glad you enjoyed the video.😊
I've seen too many movies to be going to check out some strange animal noise in a cave in the woods LOL
😆 I was a little worried. Here’s another one of ours with a bit of a scary theme. 4K~Drone & Exploration of Abandoned Clarion Train Tunnel & Trestle in Clarion, Pennsylvania (PA)

Never senses to amaze me that people will carry stuff with them, use or eat it and toss the packaging for someone else to cart away. I never understand why they cannot take it with them instead of making someone else picking up after them.
Hear! Hear! @John Karlson Pack it in, Pack it out! 👍🏻
SCUM WILL DO THAT
Ceases.
The Hocking hills is such a beautiful and tranquil place on non-busy days. I miss it. I'd catch and release crayfish and study the fauna. The water moved so slow, it looked so magical when I'd walk through the amphitheater like stones faces. It always broke my heart when people would carve names or graffiti into the delicate weathered patterns of the stone. They were my favorite personal/school field trips as a child
I love that cave and all of Hocking Hills. The hiking and scenery there are incredible. And at times dangerous. So if you go there be careful especially at Conkles Hollow upper rim.
Hey Gary! We loved the park system there as well. So beautiful. Will have to check out Conkles Hollow sometime. Thanks for the suggestion!
@@EddieAtLarge i'M VERY SERIOUS ABOUT CONKLES HOLLOW. IF YOU HIKE THE UPPER RIM THERE IS ABOUT A MILE OR SO OF TRAIL THAT SOMETIMES IS ONLY 3 OR SO FEET FROM A 200+ FOOT DROP. WHEN I HIKED IT AND MY CHILDREN WERE SMALL, I WOULDN'T TAKE THEM. THEY STAYED WITH MY WIFE AND I HIKED IT WITH MY BUDDIES. I'VE HIKED IT 6 TIMES. THE LAST TIME, ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO, I VOWED NEVER AGAIN. OF COURSE I WAS 75 YEARS OLD. REGARDLESS, IT IS ONE OF THE MOST DANGEROUS TRAILS I'VE EVER HIKED. SINGE IT'S BEEN 4 YEARS SINCE I WAS AT THE HOLLOW, I DON'T KNOW IF THEY HAVE MOVED THE TRAIL AWAY FROM THE EDGE. IF THEY HAVEN'T THEN I CAN'T CAUTION YOU ENOUGH TO BE CAREFUL IF YOU HIKE THE UPPER RIM TRAIL.
@@garysimpson1988 Thanks for the advice Gary! I do enjoy those types of hikes though as well. Here is a link to my Angel's Landing Hike in Zion NP. ruclips.net/video/4h18uu4F5YQ/видео.html Not for the faint of heart either... I've got a few other hikes on the channel that get a little sketchy. Just can't help myself. Lol. That being said, I do always take extra precaution.
@@EddieAtLarge AWESOME HIKE, BUT ONE I DON'T THINK I WOULD HAVE MADE EVEN IF I WERE MUCH YOUNGER. THE HOLLOW HAS HAD IT'S SHARE OF FATAL ACCIDENTS ON THE UPPER RIM. ONE LAST TIME, IF YOU HIKE IT, BE CAREFUL. OLD MAN CAVE IS STILL MY FAVORITE VENUE IN HOCKING HILL.S. THANK YOU FOR THE LINK. I ENJOYED IT EVEN WITH THE TWINGE OF FEAR I EXPERIENCED WHLE WATCHING.
So Cool 😎 I love places like that.
Thanks for sharing that. It really is beautiful.
Amazing caves/ home like very interesting thank you for showing. It may be one of bigfoots retreats. 🤙
Thanks Scottie! Glad you enjoyed!
That's a beautiful place
Cool video. NOT “American Indians” erroneous term. Just Native North Americans 😉 Thanks.
I went there in Sept 2021, heard those noises, discovered it was beautiful pigeons nesting in and around the Rock House.
"Chas"...also known as the 1800s abbreviation for CHARLES. 😂🤣
You must’ve Googled that. It’s also “a gender-neutral name of English origin that means Free Man.” 🤣 Learn something new every day…
What a magical place, even the intricate root systems of the trees, shrubs & vines are absolutely amazing. I'm left in total awe. Thank You for sharing this experience H@L & Fam, Be Blessed, Safe Travels.🌲
@ miel dulce the roots were something we noticed as well. We never cease to marvel at the wonders of nature. Thanks for joining us on our journey!
Yeah makes ya wonder what comes out of that cave at night,or goes in????
Really cool, thanks!
Appreciate it @stuwardw !
This place is absolutely amazing and beautiful!!! I would love to go there. Thanks for sharing this video!!! 😁👍
Glad you enjoyed Nikki! Hope you get to visit the park someday soon!
@@EddieAtLarge YES ME TOO!!!! 🤸♀️
Rock Pigeons is the sound you hear!
Dove or Pigeon pretty cool place
@Delton Baker Thanks Delton! Glad you enjoyed. Also glad those were only birds...
Another Cave to visit is Chapel Cave/21 Horse Cave, located in Hocking State Forest.
Yes, we did also find 21 Horse Cave. That one was also very cool!
Dogman, perhaps?
Lol. Never heard of him. Local legend?
@@EddieAtLarge No, the dogman has been sighted all across the nation, and Ohio is a hotspot for sightings. Check out The Beast of Land Between the Lakes.
Chupacabra?
Dogman giving birth 🤷?
Didn't you have your phones with a flashlight??? We went a few weeks ago and our daughter and hubby took great pics inside the Rock House just using their phones
Our phone flashlights weren’t able to illuminate enough for the GoPro as GoPros are terrible in low light. I now have an iPhone 13 that does pretty good in low light. Way better than they used to.
Love the parks in Hocking Country. The sign says "Ohio's scenic wonderland". Truth. Such noises are usually explainable. Though the squatch hunters hate to hear that (same applies with things seen). But thanks for sharing a beautiful part of Ohio.
Hi Doug, never got into Squatch hunting, but, it sounds like a great hobby. May have to check into it. 😆 Wish they made an emoji for Big Foot... Glad you enjoyed!
Birds.
👍🏻😉
'Who'd-a-thunk'......... such rugged terrain could be in a place like Ohio, which I guess is pretty flat in most areas. Great job on this vid. Pigeons do make funny noises don't they.
@Thomas Kilgore No kidding! Ohio is very flat other than the southeastern areas. Google Ohio glacier map to see the delineation of where the glaciers stopped traveling. And I never knew pigeons made those weird noises! I thought it sounded like a wounded animal or one that was giving birth or something. Haha. Thanks for watching and commenting! 😉
Go to Holmes county we have lots of hills lol further south you go the Bigger they get!
Ohio is NOT flat. Where did you hear such a thing?
@@annakat3754 Flat is a relative term. I have driven through that state several times, but didn't come across terrain like in the vid.
@@tkilg7169 a good 1/3 - 1/2 of the state is part of Appalachia, where this video is. You probably just didn’t drive through that section of the state. Most people don’t as it’s the least populated part of the state. Its the southeastern part. It’s a shame really cause Ohio has a lot more than just cornfields.
Definetely pigeon
At 9:25 when you point camera up at opening something runs up wall like it was nothing??? Wthwt?????
I can’t see anything
It’s a bear
Ya better look real good at this video,an you will see it 9:20,9:25
LoL. I think that was a pigeon flying. But, who knows? Could have been a Chupacabra!
