Funny enough, Delusion is a disorder, a type of psychotic disorder 💀. Faith, on the other hand, is trust & belief in God and the Bible has so much evidence of people who had faith and He came through. For example the story of Abraham which you can read in Genisis 17. And and as child of God, I know I have faith in something that is true - Romans 3:4. Faith is of God as mentioned is numerous scriptures such as: 1. Hebrews 11:1 (KJV): "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." 2. Matthew 17:20 (KJV): "And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you." 3. Romans 10:17 (KJV):"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." 4. James 2:17 (KJV): "Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." And many other Scriptures.
