I just love to imagine how they get people that are not professional singers, but professional VAs to a studio to record this songs, and them having a blast doing this.
Being able to sing is actually something employers sometimes look for when casting VAs, but I'd like to imagine RGG didn't tell Shinada's VA and so he just messed around and didn't take it seriously lol
Well a looong time ago singing was a necessary trait for both acting and voice acting, with time this faded away. In Japan still somewhat common to VAs to have singing abillities, if you search you will find out the absurd quantity of them who sing.

Shinada is such a good second singer. You can hear him, but his voice doesn't over-shadow the lead singer (either Adachi and/or Kiryu) and gives the lyrics more oompth
The three versions are so lit but when Adachi comes to the end he belts it out in a way that gives you complete goosebumps... and I know for sure I ain't the only one who gets the shivers to listen Adachi's final solo.☝✌🖐😘🎙
Adachi's and Kiryu's VAs are best friends in real life, they also did radio show. In one of their livestream (RGG), Kiryu's VA mentioned that he asked Akio Otsuka (Adachi's VA) to add some twist on the karaoke song.

I love how popular yakuza has become the last 2 hard years. The community is amazing, they have so much fun, and with the yakuza characters this feels like this are our boys xD. At the beginning of the pandemic you could see people saying that they had only played 0 kiwami 1 and 2, and now most seem to know who Shinada is xD, thats great! and yes, Adachi version is my favorite.
For real, I started with Yakuza 0 December of 2020 and finished Yakuza 6 May of 2021. Shinada is easily one of the best characters in the series. Glad to be part of the community :)

What I like the most in 6 Is the karaoke and some sidequests.
I think we should thank Bakamitai People just saw meme and after finding there it's from, started playing from zero I had kinda same situation, like started yakuza 0 (amd spend over 80 in all saves, one of them have 70) in 6th of March, and now on 17th Jule I'm only in a middle of yakuza 5
Not only that. I think RGG had one of...if not the best community in all gaming industries. And the spin off are awesome too, judgement, lost paradise, ishin kiwami. Kiryu has that type of energy where he can co-ordinate his voice with anyone he harmonizes with, Adachi has that lead singer vibe and Shinada just brings the fun to it all
I love how this song fit them so well. Their voices are so different yet sound so great together. Kiryu has the voice of an angel, Shinada has this realistic edge that makes his version amazing, and Adachi is just an amazing singer.
Literally works so well holy fuck. Like kiryu is baseline. Afachi harmony and shinada melody. All 3 at the same time oddly compliments the others. 10/10.
What i can take from this is that Shinada is a damn good 2nd Voice, while Adachi is a good lead singer who has his own tempo and tone, which is why Adachi and Kiryu doesn't really work if you put them together because both of them are Lead Singer material
