I feel like the logical step after this is probably Sianvar. That album is so fucking good dude, it is solid proof we are not in the worst timeline.
I listened to this album so many times before Slipped My Mind "clicked" out of nowhere and gutted me with the second half of that song.
It makes me scream in my car.
Sianvar is a supergroup that brings so much talent from a lot of different bands all great imo(a lot like birds, stolas, dance gavin dance, hail the sun). If you listen to any of those other bands you'll definitely appreciate what they do here. Another similar supergroup is Royal Coda with a lot of the same members of sianvar.
I think these guys are a lot better than most Swancore bands. I prefer them over something like DGD because I feel like they’re more well-rounded, so you don’t always know what you’re gonna get from them
This album captures all of Donovan’s bands’ styles I swear it’s familiar and new at the same time
Lmao I feel the same about solipsism, check out their single devastate and recalibrate too, it’s not on any album
this was album of the year for me last year.. its a masterpiece.. not a wasted second on this album..
I swear solipsism is their best song. So good. I think this is probably their best album as well, if not it's definitely their most coherent and well made.

Hell yeah man this album is awesome! Dude I would check out Sianvar! Has hail the sun vocalist and has guitarists from dance Gavin dance and eidola! It’s a swan core super group I think you will find it interesting!
Also I hope you check out more knocked loose! I think you would really like their album “a different shade of blue.”
sianvar is a great choice. also check out dwellings and royal coda
The guitarist for HTS, Shane had another band called Sufferer. I HIGHLY recommend you listen to Sufferer’s self-titled album. It is my favorite record of all time. And the message behind it is pretty awesome as well
